我国酒精及白酒生产厂家众多，酒糟的产量很大，有效开发利用酒糟，不仅能减少和防止酒糟液对环境的污染，而且也能带来巨大的经济效益。酒糟中的醇溶蛋白目前也被应用于医学、食品以及工业领域中。本论文将对酒糟中醇溶蛋白进行研究。首先从酒糟中利用醇提法来提取醇溶蛋白，然后研究其对小鼠的解酒保肝和抗疲劳的作用。把小鼠分为抗疲劳组和解酒保肝组，连续给药30天后，测定其血清中尿素氮、血中乳酸、肝中肝糖原的含量来研究其是否有抗疲劳作用。检测血清中ALT、AST含量和肝中ALT、AST、MDA的含量来研究其是否有解酒保肝作用。

安装激活方法：
1、打开解压出来的文件夹里面的(Adobe Photoshop CS6软件)文件夹 然后再打开（Adobe CS6）文件夹 点击运行红色的Set-up.exe安装程序 安装软件时选择试用安装，过程中会让您登录ID（即 邮箱地址）没有ID就免费注册一个即可。安装完成后，从开始 程序里面打开Photoshop CS6 ，这个时候您的PS6只能试用一个月，但不要担心，可以通过以下方法激活软件，使它可以永久使用。
2、先关闭掉PS6软件，文件夹中有32位和64位的两个授权补丁文件，分别对应32位系统和64位系统，确定您的系统位数方法：XP系统统一是32位，win7系统分为32位和64位 可在我的电脑右单击 点击属性可以看到win7系统具体位数，然后复制相应文件夹里面的授权补丁（amtlib.dll ）黏贴到Adobe Photoshop CS6安装文件...
