　　女性在经期可以喝红糖水，喝红糖水还有许多好处。红糖性温，富含多种维生素和微量元素，如铁、锌、锰、铬等，营养成分比白砂糖高很多。女性在经期喝红糖水有以下好处：
　　1、红糖水对妇女月经有顺畅作用，因为红糖姜水可以让身体温暖，增加能量，活络气血，加快血液循环，所以月经也会排得较为顺畅。红糖性味温润，味甘甜，入肝脾经。具有益气、助脾化食、补血化瘀等功效，还兼具散寒止痛作用。所以，女性因受寒、瘀血所致的行经不利、痛经、月经暗红兼腹冷痛等症，喝些红糖水常能起到治疗和缓解作用。
　　2、红糖水具有补气益血的功效，如果经后感觉精神差，气色不好，可以每天喝一杯红糖水，有很好的改善作用，但是不能多喝，因为容易上火。
　　3、红糖姜水的。在经期女性的抵抗力会下降，这个时候喝一些红糖是可以起到驱寒的作用，帮助防止感冒的发生。
