你能刷cm13应该已经刷入了第三方rec……，浏览器上miui官网下6.17开发版完整版，下好后最好将刷机包移动到根目录（卡刷的时候方便找到），然后关机，同时按音量+和开机间，屏幕亮的时候同时松开，等进入rec…后，选择刷机包刷入即可！

in the fastboot method the downloaded rom file is in .tgz extension and i am not getting the miui image file to flash

Its quite simple.
Required things :
Windows 10 or 8.1 ( dont knw about 8.1. Im using 10 ) Didnt work with win 7 for me.Mi Flash Tool.Redmi 2 Miui 7 fastboot rom.
All these ( expect win os ) can be downloaded from this link :
What do you have to do inorder to revert back to Miui 7 ( Keep in mind that flashing by this method will replace your custom recovery with stock recovery) :
Step 1 : Install Mi Flash Tools
Step 2 : Extract the downloaded fastboot rom somewhere its easy to find.
Step 3 : Open Mi Flash Tools.
Step 4 :&&Click Browse button and select the extracted rom
Step 5 : Go to advanced by clicking the down arrow located next to browse button.
Step 6 : Clear NvBoot Script ( It should be cleared VERY IMPORTANT) JUST DELETE WHAT EVER IN THAT SECTION THATS ALL
Step 7 : Click Browse button straight to Fastboot Script.
Step 8 : Select &Flash_all&
Step 9 : Click OK
Step 10 : Connect ur phone in fastboot mode (Switch off the phone and press volume down + Power at the same time to enter into fastboot mode).
Step 11 : Click Refresh button after connecting ur phone to pc or laptop.
Step 12 : Then click Flash.
IT WILL TAKE SOMETIME. DONT PANIC. AFTER FLASHING IS COMPLETED THE PHONE WILL AUTOMATICALLY GETS REBOOTED INTO MIUI 7. ENJOY.

If ur using twrp, you need to unmount data and system partition first. Leave only external sd mount if you put the rom zip file in sd card. Then flash the rom. If fastboot, just flash all. Simpler.

and later i wanted to revert back to miui7 .
but i am&&...
The .tgz is compressed file format. Extract it and u will find the &images& folder inside. If images folder is not inside the folder then u have downloaded the &Recovery update file& and not the fastboot one.

第一，cm13在开发者选项有个开关可以让你重启到卡刷或线刷模式！
第二，MIUI官方和线刷工具只能线刷官方线刷包的解压包里面image文件夹里面的文件！
第三，楼主线刷的那个包根本就不是官方线刷包，只是一个普通的官方卡刷包。
