带身份证，驾驶证去车管所大厅办理即可，50元。不过你需要到9号窗口照两张照片，20元。

Weifang (simplified Chinese:潍坊; traditional Chinese:潍坊; pinyin:Wéifāng) is a prefecture-level city in central Shandong province,People's Republic of China.It borders Dongying to the northwest,Zibo to the west,Linyi to the southwest,Rizhao to the south,Qingdao to the east,and looks out to the Laizhou Bay to the north.Weifang is a historical city with well known figures.Emperor Shun of the Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors period,the politician Yan Ying (晏婴) of the Spring and Autumn Period,the Confucian scholar Zheng Xuan of the Eastern Han Dynasty and the agriculturist Jia Simiao of the Northern Wei Dynasty were all from Weifang.Kong Rong,Fan Zhongyan,Ouyang Xiu,Su Dongpo,Zheng Banqiao,et al.have worked in Weifang historically.In more recent years,revolutionists,literateurs and artists,such as Wang Jinmei,Chen Shaomin,Wang Yuanjian,Wang Tongzhao,Zang Kejia are well known in China.Weifang also boasts of historical relics and other tourist sites,such as Shihu Garden (from the Late Ming and early Qing Dynasty),Fangong Pavilion (from the Song Dynasty),fossile sites (including dinosaur fossils,in Shanwang,Linqu),Mount Yi National Forest Park,Mount Qingyun and the Old Dragon Spring.Weifang is the world capital of kites.The woodcut new year’s paintings from Yangjiabu are well known.Kite-flying is a traditional custom among the people in Weifang in spring time.The outstanding kite handicraft skills and the special atmosphere in Weifang is quite suitable for flying kites,making Weifang Kites more and more popular in China and abroad.In 1984,the first International Kite Festival was held in Weifang.More than ten thousand kite fans attended the opening ceremony.People from eleven different countries and regions,including the United States and Canada,took part in the festival,flying kites.Since then,Weifang has held the International Kite Festival every year in April and is known as the “International Kite Capital” worldwide.[1]Annual Broad of Yangjiabu (杨家埠木版年画),one of the three most famous Chinese folk paintings in history,began from the end of the Ming Dynasty.It reached the peak of its development during the Qing Dynasty.People usually replace the old Annual Broads with the new ones on the eve of Spring Festival,which is the most important festival in China,in order to give blessings to the family and friends for the following year.The subjects of Annual Broad of Yangjiabu are various,which include flowers,beauties,landscapes,characters from myths and legends.The architecture skills such as concise lines and bright colors reflect the distinctive characteristics of people in Weifang.Paper cutting in Gaomi (高密剪纸) has a long history for more than four hundred years.This widely spread handicraft has unique styles,such as strong contrast in color,straight and simple line and exaggerated outline.The characters mostly come from the dramatic stories,flowers and birds,as well as some fantastic symbols.潍坊,拼音 Weifang,旧称潍县（英文 Weihsien）是中华人民共和国山东省下辖的一个地级市,位于山东半岛中部,面积15859平方千米,人口852万.为山东省几条重要铁路线和公路线的交汇处,是山东省的交通枢纽.拥有全国著名的两个蔬菜基地,为中国北方大型的蔬菜生产地之一.被称为“世界风筝之都”,也称作鸢都.为国际风筝联合会组织总部所在地[9],也是“国际风筝会”（又称“风筝节”）庆典活动的固定举办地点[10].潍坊被称为“国际风筝都”,简称“鸢都”,其原因可上溯至春秋战国时期：“鸢都”的“鸢”字,原意是指一种凶猛的大鸟[11].《韩非子》记载墨翟曾“为木鸢,三年而成,蜚一日而败”[12].这只“木鸢”就是世界上最早的风筝,距今已经有2400多年的历史.墨翟（公元前478-392年）为春秋战国时期的鲁山人,是诸子百家中墨家的代表人物,这鲁山就在今天的潍坊境内.在东汉蔡伦发明造纸术以后,才慢慢开始出现纸做的风筝,称为“纸鸢”.而“风筝”一词直到唐代才出现,晚唐时期,风筝上开始拴有用丝条和竹子做的响器（称为“竹笛”）,放飞的时候风一吹动便会发出声音,因而有了“风筝”这个名字[13].因墨翟于鲁山（今潍坊境内）发明并放飞世界上第一个风筝,所以潍坊被公认为风筝的故乡[14].潍坊自古即是有名的风筝制作地,明清时期潍坊的手工业非常发达,素有“南苏州、北潍县”之说,而其中最有名的就是风筝制作[15].1984年,在美国西雅图风筝协会会长大卫·切克列的建议下,潍坊举行了第一届“风筝会”,并于1985年改名为“国际风筝会”.1988年,第五届“国际风筝会”上,西雅图风筝协会提议以潍坊为“风筝都”.各国风筝协会代表商议后一致通过,决定授予潍坊“国际风筝都”称号,并决定成立“国际风筝联合会”,总部设立在潍坊.[1
