Ubuntu 16.04 系统安装
[1]Insert a disk for installation of Ubuntu 16.04 and reboot your computer. Next, Choose your language and go next.

[11]Input a user-name used on the system.

[13]If you'd like to encrypt home directory, answer &Yes&.
[14]Make sure the time-zone is correct and go next.
[15]This is the section for configuring partitions. This example selects &Guided (LVM)& like follows.
[16]Select a disk to create partitions.
[17]If it's OK all, answer &Yes&.
[18]Enter the amount of disks that you'd like to set for LVM volume group.
[19]It's completed to configure partitions. If it's OK, answer &Yes&.
[20]Installation of base system proceeds.
[21]Set Proxy if you use it. If not, Continue with empty.
[22]Select if you set automatical update. automatical update is convenience but sometimes it causes troubles, so if you use this server as a Mission Critical Server, Don't use automatical update, it's better to update by manually after verification.
[23]Select softwares to install. Go next without checking boxes all, it's better to install something only if needed.
[24]Answer &Yes& if you'd like to install Grub on MBR.
[25]Installation completed. Remove the disk and Continue. Then system will reboot.
[26]The system boots and show login prompt like below. Login with a user you set in installation.

ubuntu16.04系统安装完毕后，需要对系统自带的程序做一些调整。
1. 安装rar程序
由于ubuntu系统默认并不支持解压缩rar格式，因此需要手动安装解压缩rar程序。命令如下：
sudo apt-get install unrar
使用如下命令解压缩rar文件到当前目录：
unrar x filename.rar
2. 删除Amazon链接app
使用如下命令：
sudo apt-get remove unity-webapps-common
3. 更改Unity菜单位置
一般来说，其实没有什么更改的必要。特别对于目前的笔记本来说，水平方向长度较长，Unity菜单放置在左侧更合适。不过，如果采用双屏，并且需要截图的时候，Unity菜单放置在下方更合适。Ubuntu16.04支持用户手动选择将Unity放置在左侧还是下侧。目前尚不支持放置在顶部与右侧。使用如下命令将Unity菜单放置到底部：
gsettings set com.canonical.Unity.Launcher launcher-position Bottom
4. Ubuntu切换中文目录为英文目录
使用命令行操作时，中文目录很让人头疼。使用以下命令就可以将中文版Ubuntu中的“桌面”、“文档”等转换为“Desktop”、“Documents”。
export LANG=en_US
xdg-usr-dirs-gtk-update
在弹出的对话框中选择“update”。
接下来，继续：
export LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8
xdg-usr-dirs-gtk-update
在弹出来的对话框中选择“保持原来的名称”。
5. Sougou拼音
其实Ubuntu16.04自带的中文输入法挺好用的，特别对于需要经常输入拉丁字符、希腊字符的朋友。不过由于用户习惯，Sougou拼音还是需要安装的。在Ubuntu16.04下，安装搜狗拼音非常简单。到下载相应的软件包，双击打开即可。软件中心会自动安装。
6. 安装Chrome浏览器
在Ubuntu系统下，推荐安装Chromium浏览器。Ubuntu16.04软件中心中就有，找到Chromium，直接安装即可。
7. 更改Ubuntu桌面主题
前往软件中心搜索cairo-dock，下载轻量级面板。该面板能够与mac系统下的面板媲美，甚至更加美观使用。
