class=&icon-external&&&/i&&/a&&/p&&p&密码：wpm1&/p&&p&——————————————————————————————————&/p&&p&没想到这么多人喜欢，受宠若惊了&/p&&p&有很多小伙伴问装修费用的问题&/p&&p&在这儿给大家说一下&/p&&p&硬装大概7万多点，软装6万左右，整体下来13万多一些&/p&&p&这个费用一般家庭都还是可以承受的&/p&&p&家里很多东西都是从网上买的，喜欢的话可以留下邮箱，抽时间会整理出来发给你们，本人不做广告，也不是什么店的拖，只希望能帮助到大家，满足一下虚荣心而已哈哈&/p&&p&——————————————————————————————————&/p&&p&距离装修结束已经将近一年的时间了，一直想把整个过程记录下来，却老是拖拖拖拖，在媳妇的威逼利诱下，终于下定决心把整个过程写下来。新家在经济中等的小县城，我和媳妇都不是当地人，只是到了这儿工作，人生地不熟，一些地方花了不少冤枉钱，浪费了很多时间，权当是交了学费&br&&/p&&p&家里的装修风格暂且定性为北欧风，其实有点混搭，看着网上哪个图片好看就用，并没有限定非北欧不可，自己觉得舒服就好了&/p&&p&经历不是经验，觉得对你有用就好，觉得都是废话就跳过，非喜勿喷。&/p&&p&先说一下装修需要注意的地方，这都是血泪的教训&/p&&p&1、房屋布局设计最好自己从网上找，除了一二线城市有些牛逼的设计师，可以最大程度的通过你的感官来进行设计修改，其他小城市尤其是县城，尽量还是自己动手找图纸，让人比着做，毕竟住的人是你，你要怎么谁能拦你O(∩_∩)O~&/p&&p&2、挣钱不易，且行且珍惜，社会上虽然好人多，但不是所有人都是好人，一定做好监工，不然哭都没地去哭&/p&&p&3、改水电一定要慎重，一定要慎重，一定要慎重！防水测试必须做，电线标号必须亲自把关！&/p&&p&4、装修其实就是有时间少花钱，没时间就多花钱，看你自己如何权衡&/p&&blockquote&还有其它一些注意的在后面慢慢说吧&/blockquote&&p&装修之前的选房选户型选装修公司也是个非常纠结的过程，我自个留着消化了&/p&&p&媳妇我俩平时都得上班，而且新家是在新的地方，也没有装修方面的熟人，只能把装修交给装修公司来弄，明知道装修公司比较黑，但也没办法&/p&&p&其实我们确定的这家装修公司给的报价相比来说挺高的，一分价钱一分货，其他几家给的设计图纸那简直了，那风格是乡村非主流？都市糜烂风？清新大妈风？完全忍受不了，情愿多花点银子让一个稍微有点艺术感的设计师来帮忙弄&/p&&p&虽然最后大部分的设计都是由媳妇自己从网上搜图让他们比着做的，但是设计师也给提供了一些建议。在小县城，相信设计师不如相信自己，毕竟是自己的家，哪个地方想装什么，想放什么自己来决定，自己的舒不舒服最重要，让设计师来做，设计的那是他的家，是按照他的习惯做的，不是你的。（一二线城市大设计师就当没看到/(ㄒoㄒ)/~~）&/p&&p&我们算是半包型，水电、油漆、木工以及人工包给了装修公司，一些重要的大件，像瓷砖、门、厨卫、卫生间一套、灯具、面板都由我们自己选购，一是对质量不放心，情愿自己花点时间去自己选购，二是怕被宰，还是自己到店里看了才踏实&/p&&p&这是房子的户型图，三室两厅两卫，只不过就媳妇我俩住用不了那么多卫生间，我们将主卧卫生间改成了衣帽间，节省了主卧空间&/p&&figure&&img 改水电&/b&&/p&&blockquote&重要的事情说三遍：改水电一定要慎重！一定要慎重！一定要慎重！&/blockquote&&p&改之前去网上多搜一些水电方面的知识，尤其是电，不然根本没法跟工人交流，让他们看出来你是这方面的小白，那就很容易被坑&/p&&p&空调、热水器、浴霸这些功率比较大的电器一定选用大平方的线，现在走线都是走的暗线，如果后期发现电器带不起来，就非常麻烦&/p&&p&穿线管我们用的是联塑的，算是不错的牌子，材料进场之前媳妇专门检查了一下，防止以次充好，整个改电的过程很快，两天就全部完成&/p&&p&在改水电之前，房屋的整体布局要做到心里有数，哪个地方放什么电器，卧室床怎么放，哪儿放筒灯射灯LED灯管，卫生间镜前灯有没有等等，这样改线路的时候才能避免遗漏，如果不知道后期能不能用得着的话就先把插座线留出来，多一个总不是坏事&br&&/p&&p&改电之前从网上查的说客厅电视机柜那里的插座要多安装一些，于是我们就安装了两个五孔的，用起来才发现压根不够，电视、路由器、盒子……总有很多你想不到的&/p&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/v2-e5e7c4facdd022af68154_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&水和电基本上是同时进行的，管道改完之后拿那个打压的设备进行了测试，防止管道中间有漏水的情况，顺便把地暖的管道一块检查了&/p&&p&一旦铺上瓷砖和地板，再有问题出现的话就只能撬开瓷砖了，就算装修公司保修期免费给你修，但浪费时间，关键是让人烦心，再渗到楼下去，那就呵呵了……&/p&&p&然后就是卫生间和阳台的防水了，防水涂料弄了好几层，过程我们倒没怎么关注，主要是看最后的结果，闭水试验，48个小时，去售楼处要了钥匙到楼下看，确定没有渗水才放心。一定要仔细检查，万一后期使用过程中出现问题绝对会让你崩溃的&/p&&figure&&img 贴瓷砖&/b&&/p&&blockquote&瓷砖是媳妇我俩自己选购的，人工是由装修公司出&/blockquote&&p&在水电改造的过程中装修公司就通知我们要选购瓷砖，怕有的瓷砖没有现货耽误工期&/p&&p&瓷砖挑选去了很多家店，马可波罗、诺贝尔、汤普森等等，本着低碳环保节约的原则，最后选用的是新能源陶瓷，也是个大品牌，正好碰上搞活动便拿下了&/p&&p&贴砖时考察了好几个贴砖师傅，差别真的很大，技术好的师傅贴出来的砖明显整齐平整，差一点的一眼就能看出来，为了用技术好的那个师傅，反复跟装修公司沟通，等了好几天才等到&/p&&p&砖贴完之后一定要亲自检查一遍，尤其是两块砖的连接部门，敲一下看有没有空的情况，等完全干透处理起来就非常麻烦了&/p&&p&主卧用的是木地板，这个是后期才进行的采购&/p&&p&整个贴砖加晾的时间大概两周左右&/p&&p&&b&第三步 木工&/b&&/p&&blockquote&我们家木工做的并不多，一开始装修公司给的方案几乎每个房间都给弄上了吊顶，这也是装修公司利润最高的部分，经过我们的删减，最后只留了餐厅的吊顶，其余全去掉了&/blockquote&&p&卧室吊顶完全没有必要，还有石膏线也是个累赘，不如原样的看着简洁舒服&/p&&p&客厅没有选择吊顶，而是用两块木板错开进行了一下装饰，后期配上灯光效果也非常棒&/p&&p&主卧衣帽间的衣柜用的是定制衣柜，可拆卸，也避免了室内喷漆的甲醛堆积，柜子定制时间比较长，是到最后才安装的&/p&&figure&&img 油漆&/b&&/p&&blockquote&家里的油漆没有选择清一色的白色，客厅沙发墙、主卧墙以及入户墙选用的其他的颜色&/blockquote&&p&这是客厅沙发墙（照片是后期才拍的）&/p&&figure&&img src=&https://pic4.zhimg.com/v2-b323f17de44cd3b59cb4f70b_b.jpg& data-caption=&& 厨卫吊顶&/b&&/p&&blockquote&厨卫吊顶的款式之前已经选好，当时还小小纠结了一下吊顶的花纹样式&/blockquote&&p&呵呵，傻到透心凉，鬼才会往上看，花纹好看没什么卵用，质量结实就行了&/p&&p&浴霸是从网上买的欧普几合一的那种，吊顶时一块装上了&/p&&figure&&img 木地板和电视背景墙&/b&&/p&&blockquote&这个是媳妇我俩最纠结的东西&/blockquote&&p&不单纯是木地板，还有电视背景墙，本来我们找的设计图想用的是科技木上墙，但是我们当地没有卖的，从其他地方拉来的话费用又太高，多次沟通，最后才确定用木地板上墙的方式来代替科技木&/p&&p&选木地板肯定是选大牌子，看了圣象、扬子等好几个，基本确定了圣象，这才只是纠结的开始&/p&&p&主卧木地板选用的是强化复合木地板，因为家里有地暖用不了实木的，强化复合木地板的可选择性比较多，价格也是最便宜的&/p&&p&我们一共往圣象店里跑了四五次，不停的对比，讨论，纠结，再对比，再讨论，再纠结，得有将近一个月的时间一直在为这个事情发愁，最后还是一咬牙一跺脚，就它了&/p&&p&踢脚线用的全是圣象实木的白色踢脚线，和木地板搭配，其他房间也显得干净整洁&br&&/p&&p&木地板先用水泥进行找平，上墙的木地板先用一层木板进行打底&/p&&p&这是木地板上墙工人师傅正在安装&/p&&figure&&img 灯具、开关面板安装&/b&&/p&&blockquote&开关面板买回来的比较早，在改完水电我就开始从网上找开关面板的品牌，像国外的西门子、施耐德，国内的有公牛、正泰、德力西等，这些都是大家评价比较高的，综合对比了一下，选择了正泰的，安全性好，外观比较简约大方，价格也适中&/blockquote&&p&一个家如何提高氛围？那就是灯，没有好的灯光，装修再好也无法从视觉上给你冲击，享受更无从谈起，这是媳妇反复重点强调的，跟着领导走是没有错的&/p&&p&灯具方面我们家用的灯种类挺多，筒灯、轨道灯、灯带、灯管都有，这些也都是从网上选购的，欧普的筒灯、灯带和轨道灯，还是推荐一下欧普的轨道灯，做的非常精致，比市面上卖的要小巧，挺不错的，T50灯管是从建材城飞利浦店里拿的，价格贵了一点但是灯光效果确实不错&/p&&p&灯具安装是从楼道里的小广告找的，全部安装下来二百多块钱&br&&/p&&figure&&img
