Selecting and Evaluating ofthe Corrosion Inhibitors in Methanol Gasoline

A uniform design method was adopted to arrange experiments and the inhibition efficiency of the inhibitors was studied using static corrosion experiment method.A compounded system corrosion inhibitor was selected in M30 through the quadratic multinomial regression.The result showed that the composite inhibitors had a good inhibitive effects in M30 with the formic acid,and the inhibition efficiency of the inhibitors to carbon steel(45#),brass(H65) and copper(T2) can reach to 97.06%,97.46%,99.08%,respectively.

The standard deviation was much superior to that sparsely reported elsewhere. The data comparisons revealed that amines are stronger bases in ionic ligquids than in DMSO and water but weaker base than in acetonitrile (AN). Interestingly, regression analyses demonstrate that the basicity scales obtained in two RTILs correlate well with that in AN but not with those in water and DMSO. PMID:
