摘要：风口浪尖的时刻，又有5家药企顶风作案，撞在了枪口上！昨日，安徽鑫圣医药有限公司、福建华药医药有限公司、厦门汉丰医药有限公司等5家药企因违反《药品经营质量管理规范》规定，被地方食药监局吊销了GSP证书。
&　　风口浪尖的时刻，又有5家顶风作案，撞在了枪口上！昨日，安徽鑫圣有限公司、福建华药医药有限公司、厦门汉丰医药有限公司等5家药企因违反《经营质量管理规范》规定，被地方食药监局吊销了GSP证书，详细内容如下：
　　一、安徽省食品药品监督管理局发布广告，撤销安徽鑫圣医药有限公司（原安徽省鹭燕大华医药有限公司）药品GSP认证证书
　　安徽鑫圣医药有限公司（原安徽省鹭燕大华医药有限公司）严重违反《药品经营质量管理规范》规定，依据原国家食品药品监督管理局《药品经营质量管理规范认证管理办法》第四十五条规定和《安徽省食品药品监督管理局关于规范药品经营质量管理规范认证证书撤销行为的通知》（皖食药监药化流秘〔号）要求，我局依法撤销其《药品经营质量管理规范认证证书》，现予以公布。
　　二、福建省食品药品监督管理局发布广告，收回福建华药医药有限公司和厦门汉丰医药有限公司《药品经营质量管理规范认证证书》
　　根据《药品经营质量管理规范》（总局令13号）、《药品经营质量管理规范认证管理办法》和《药品医疗器械飞行检查办法》（总局令14号），因企业违反《药品经营质量管理规范》等有关规定，我局依法收回福建华药医药有限公司《药品经营质量管理规范认证证书》（证书编号：FJ04-Aa-）、厦门汉丰医药有限公司《药品经营质量管理规范认证证书》（证书编号：FJ02-Aa-），现予以公告。
　　三、四川省食品药品监督管理局依法吊销成都市仁邦医药有限公司和成都鹭燕广福药业有限公司《药品经营许可证》
　　此前被曝出身陷山东案的上市公司鹭燕医药（002788），4月20日晚间发布公告称，旗下两家子公司因虚构疫苗销售流向行为，现已被四川省食品药品监督管理局依法吊销《药品经营许可证》。
　　公告显示，4月20日，鹭燕医药控股子公司成都市仁邦医药有限公司和成都鹭燕广福药业有限公司分别收到成都市食品药品监督管理局《行政处罚事先告知书》。仁邦医药虚构两个药品（疫苗）（销售金额合计65.59万元）的销售流向的行为，鹭燕广福药业有限公司则虚构三个药品（疫苗）(销售金额合计49.20万元)的销售流向的行为，已构成违法。
