尼玛遇到个骗子买了手机没给我余款收藏

看来我低估了骗子的水平，信息描述都很完整，很对口。就是我自己傻相信他什么宣传艾滋病。
我回了RFQ后，他给我回复了
现在想想有个疑点就是给我发邮件的是另外一个人（后话：他在skype里说他是发RFQ那个人的委托人）

之后问他要了尺寸什么的，报了价。当时我说这个要做模具什么的，他说开发模具浪费钱

我问他别的供应商给他报价了么，他说有几家土耳其的。闲聊了下说他们公司是给那个最终买家找供应商的，说他在他爸公司上班啊啥的。说那个600W的杯子要在8月10号开始生产，所以要尽快确定下来供应商。
再之后重新报了我们的最低价，问他们什么时候决定，他说下个星期一。
然后也就是昨天，他说他们选我们作为供应商，签订一年的合同，让我提供invoice保证一年的生产量600W
然后我傻子一样下午就给他做invoice,做的时候有公司名字什么的，我就google,google不出来多少信息，就一条，然后我就搜电话，搜出来的是另外一家公司，然后联系人又是同一个，同时搜出N个公司（估计都是骗子编出来的。）越搜越起劲，搜到他发的好多求购信息，尼玛
2009年的，2012年的，还都是同一条。勒了个去！！！！！！！这时才确定是个骗子！！！！！
再在福步里搜了下这个人的人名！！！果然搜出跟我类似情况的！！！
还好没啥损失，不过我给他发了Invoice了。。

第一次遇见的奇葩骗子，无端端把20万美金汇给我

上个月，我接待了一个非洲的客户，他应该在广州很多年的。看厂当天他在我司找到了适合他的产品，叫我们提供报价，并且临走时拿了我司的美金帐户。示意很有意向向我司合作，只要价格合理。当晚，我就把报价发给他了，他还价，每款减两元，有的减三元。本来我司五金产品货值就不高，每只货款十几元人民币，不会虚报太高的价格，他要减两元三元，就没钱赚了，于是我还了最低价给他，每款降价1元或1.5元，对半。把last
price发给他后，他几天没复，我再发信息给他觉得价格如何？他竟然在我的低价还要减三元，真是神经病。于是我就判定他不是真正的buyer，由于看厂时他对产品一点要求都没有而且一点都不懂我就有点怀疑他的购买潜力了，现在还这样还价，真是白痴。
好吧，我就不理他就得了。
没想到，上两个星期，他又打电话给我，说：我现在就过来我公司，下单。我说好。
1个多小时，他就来到了。
骗局开始了。

他还是问一下价格还有没有低。我说没有了，这是低价。然后他就点点头，把每款的数量告诉我，叫我做一份合同。
不多久，我把合同做出来给他看，让他签字。合同金额是1万美金左右。并告诉他先付50%订金。（因为我觉得他不太可靠，于是向他拿50%的订金，其他客户一般是30%的）
他说好的。
于是他从包里拿出一张水单出来，说前日已经把钱汇到我司的帐户了，让我查收一下。我看着水单上的金额。竟然是200,000美金！！！心想这个鬼佬搞什么？？无端端给一个陌生人汇这么多钱么？
于是，他解释说：货款已经给我们了，但是我们要把余款汇给他，人民币或美金也可以。
我当面拒绝了，我说这样不可以的。在中国这种方式是维法。

中间省略几百字，意思也是我司不会接受这笔钱，并会全笔退给他。
他很不乐意，他一直说为什么不可以，你把余款汇给我就可以了，为什么犯法，中国哪个法律？
什么时候发布？
我说不出哪个法律，当时真是气，外国人在中国也这么拽！！！
后来，他不欢地离开，我还被他臭骂了一顿！！！
第二天，他打电话给我，继续昨天的话题，叫我把余额付给他。语气还是很臭，于是我忍不住要回骂他了！不做他的生意了。我说你可以直接找其他供应商的！我们如果收到钱后会全部退回！（那天也是汇款的第三个工作日，正常情况是到帐的，但我们还没收到。）
第三天，钱还是没到帐，并且我们发现收款信息上有一点小错误的。可能就因为这样汇款不成功的。
第四天，钱还是没到帐，他打电话给我，我直接告诉他收款信息错误。我们可能收不到钱的。他还是说，收到钱告诉他。
后来，我完全不理他的，他打电话过来，我不接了。
到今日，一个私人号码打电话给我，说是那个黑鬼的朋友，是他把钱汇给我们，问我们收到没有。
我直接告诉他，没收到，因为信息错误了。他还死心不息，他再联系那个奇葩。
又是一轮电话骚扰！！！真的被他搞烦。打算把他电话拉入黑名单！！
遇到这种骗子，做了4年外贸还是第一次！！！
