德国科凯化工公司(纺织助剂，皮革助剂）招聘Technical Manager,硕士学历以上，5年以上纺织与皮革助剂相关经验，具体要求如下：
岗位职责：
• Product development based on standard formulations from Pulcra affiiates, applying local raw materials ；
• Product development according to local market requirements；
• Create new application areas in the market by using his/her previous knowledge and contacts in the market；
• Carry the Analytical lab works；
• Selection of raw materials and fixation of requested specs., with support from purchasing；
• Establish chemical and applicationable Specs.,of newly developed products with support of Marketing & QC lab；
• Chemical and physical testing of the competitive products ；
• Coordinate the application lab tests ；
• Technical /Chemical support to Technical sales staff whenever necessary；
• Support QC ,technical sales staff in case of claims.
任职资格的具体描述：
1）Chemical Engineer / Chemist Master degree is must.PhD is preferable；
2）Organic / Surfactant chemistry R&D responsibility in reputable；local/international companies in specialty Chemical industry；
3）Above 5 years related experience,but above 8 years is preferable；
4）Perfect English language skills , German language as addition is preferable.
