How to Print Multiple Pages on One Sheet on a PDF | eHow
Portable Document Format (PDF) documents can be viewed and printed from almost any operating system. Files written in other programs or in other formats, such as Microsoft Word documents or JPEG image files, can be converted to PDF format while retaining the original file information and content. With Adobe Acrobat, you can convert files to PDF and create new PDF files from scratch. Adobe Reader is free software for viewing and printing PDF files.
In Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader, you can print multiple PDF pages on a sheet of paper. You can use a predefined option, or you can customize how many pages you want to print per sheet of paper.
Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader, click &File& and select &Print.&
Select &Multiple pages per sheet& from the &Page Scaling& dropdown box in the &Page Handling& pane.
Select how many pages you want to print on one sheet of paper from the &Pages per sheet& dropdown box. To specify your own custom pages, select &Custom& and then set the number of pages per number of sheets on which you want to print.
Select the order in which you want the pages to print from the &Page Order& dropdown box.
Select the &Print page border& check box if you want to print a page border on each page.
Select the &Auto-Rotate Pages& check box to automatically rotate pages.
Select your printer, specify other print options as appropriate and click &OK.&
