这个我遇到过！你是不是设置了两步验证？如果是的话，那么登录需要输入微软自动生成的一串密码，具体操作如下：电脑登录微软账户---安全与隐私-----应用密码生成的一串字符就是登录无法进行两步验证客户端的密码。
直接选择，然后输入账号个密码就好了。
添加QQ邮箱一直显示“"用户名和密码不正确~~【哭了】 网易邮箱是OK的，QQ邮箱账户也开启了IMAP/SMTP服务，独立密码也是正确的，一直不行~~~都要崩溃了
