1、手机里没有了蜂窝移动数据网络选项：
5S手机在升级时会提示升级运营商，运营商升级后，原来的蜂窝移动数据网络那里直接变成了启用4G，如果你想通过手机上网，只能通过4G网络。
2、支持4G上网的手机：
目前一共有4款iPhone手机支持中国移动的4G网络：
中国移动合约版iPhone5s/5c，具体型号是：A1518、A1516。
苹果官方公开零售无合约版iPhone5s/5c，具体型号是：A1530、A1529。
您可以在手机后盖背面右下角位置查询。另外，您还需将您的手机卡更换为4G
NANO-USIM卡，并开通4G功能，才能使用移动的4G网络服务。
4G功能短信开通方式：您编辑“KTSG”发至10086，即可为本机USIM卡开通4G功能，当月开通当月生效，每月最后一天19点后不受理。
如您是港版5s，升级运营商版本或者破解后，才能支持移动的3G、4G网络，需要您注意的是，如果您使用的是MO或者神州行不限流量套餐，不建议您升级运营商版本。
3、手机有了4G选项 但是无法进入4G网络：
更多人关心的行货iPhone 5S
型号A1528在升级15.7之后能否使用移动4G的问题。通过测试目前国行A1528在升级15.7之后，插入移动4G卡之后系统内可以开启4G选项，但是手机无法进入中国移动的4G(包括3G)网络，和之前15.6的情况相同。
因此如果你的iPhone 5S是国行的A1528，无论你的运营商版本是15.6还是15.7你都是无法使用移动4G网络的。
4、如果我有A1528的行货iPhon 5S，我想用4G网络该怎么办?
　　两个办法：
　　1.你可以重新刷一次手机系统到iOS
7.0.4，默认中国移动的运营商ipcc版本是15.5，通过双模卡激活4G，方法和之前一样，这样的问题在于行货iPhone 5S
A1528手机原本给联通定制，入网的时候锁了TD-SCDMA
3G网络，因此手机在升级4G之后无法回落到3G，通话之后或者信号不好的时候会出现问题。
　　2.当然你也可以不恢复手机。目前iOS
7.0.4支持完美越狱，越狱之后可以通过第三方插件将手机的网络锁定在4G频段，以此来强制让A1528实现插入4G卡后进入4G频段。不过这样做的风险在于越狱会造成系统的不稳定，同时插件需要单独购买。
5、如果以上办法都不能解决，请参考以下办法：
（1）在淘宝上购买双模卡，不用降级系统，费用大约国26元。
（2）咨询当地移动商。
