About Employer以下内容来自「辣胖 eer」（微信号：yin_eer ) ，欢迎点击上方蓝字订阅，每天一起美起来！今天心情不错，今天心情很差，马上就要是我的生日了呢，明天是七夕节，下个月是我们的结婚纪念日 ... ... 不是该买个包包庆祝下么？如果要给我买包找一个借口我大概有 100 种！直男癌总是会问我，" 你不是有那么多包包了么？怎么还要买包？"" 但是，不同场合要不同的包啊，而且不同的衣服也需要包包来搭配啊 "我的世界，直男癌其实也不懂！先来说一说约会场合用什么包吧。我觉得应该是小巧或者大方，不能有廉价感，不用太多实用性，但是要好看。开了挂的Chlo é 很多人推荐 Faye，不得不说它真的是一眼美包，内层丰富，价格也还能接受。但是你真的去背过估计就会放弃了。里外全皮导致自重太重，肩带过细，背在身上不舒服，两分钟我就肩膀红。内层很多，但是一放东西鼓起来就很丑。总之再好看使用感不行我也放弃了。如果非要买 faye，我觉得它的手拿包款更值得入，价格更便宜，只要 5000 左右，更轻更小巧。Aimee Song 背的就是这一款▼言归正传来说说我的 wish list 第一款Chlo é 小猪包 Drew售价：RMB小猪包大概 Chlo é 最近两年卖的最火的款式，小巧的形状，珠宝首饰般的装饰，喜欢的潮人可是一堆一堆的。它有各种各样的颜色，还有不同材质的拼接，所以价格也会高低不一。一般带铆钉装饰的在 Net-A-Porter 上要 13000 不止。但我个人还是更喜欢不带装饰的简洁款，但一定是要拼皮的款式，牛皮加上绒面皮革，绝对比你一个同一种材质更有高级感。买包包一定要看内饰，就像买车甚至我把内饰看的比外表还要重要。因为毕竟最重要的还是自己的使用感，小猪包很合格，高级感的五金，全皮的内里设计还有贴心的小口袋。怎么看怎么都顺手。墙裂推荐 mini 款，辣胖中等身材 165，背 mini 都是正好，小号的感觉已经很大了。更不要说中号，简直不能再蠢。而且链条包一定要小小的才比较可爱。Georgia售价：RMB这一款第一眼真的不是我喜欢的类型，但绝对是可以用细节征服我的那种，首先是皮质吧，光滑的小羊皮细腻的纹理，然后特别良心是很轻，还有各种酒红／裸色都是好搭配的经典色系。整个感觉就是丑帅丑帅的那种，越看越有味道。不光是可以斜背，就这样拿在手上也很好看一样内饰和细节都不错，复古的金扣，分层的全皮内里，让你的车钥匙／口红／纸巾／手机井井有条。抢手货 Mansur Gavriel水桶包售价：RMB精致纯粹的颜色，极简风格的设计，特别是未经化学处理的天然皮革，每个人用久了都是属于自己的痕迹（当年买巴黎世家也是因为听说越用纹路越有自己的风格）反正这是一款高冷又充满逼格的包包，曾经一度买不到，原来有一张长长的 waiting list 的品牌，除了 hermes 还有 mansur gaviel。美国设计，但是却是意大利制造，所以包包整个质感很好唯一不足是包口是抽绳，对于我这种经常掉东西的人来说，比较没有安全感。同样我推荐迷你款，其实对于亚洲人来说已经足够了。还有款迷你迷你版的，会比迷你款更小一个尺寸。再来说说通勤包，实用是关键，常常要塞进去文件／笔记本／名片夹等等，所以容量要大，其次不要太高调颜色也不用鲜艳。一样不管什么时候都不要廉价感。说到通勤，立刻想到的就是这款Saint LaurentSac De Jour 小号皮革手提包售价：19000RMB小号是最适中的尺寸，奢华又低调的品牌标志，完美的内部绒面革衬里和多个拉链夹层，简直是收纳控的必备。感觉没什么装不了▼爱的明星也很多，比如说 kendall 和他妹妹，一个小号，一个 mini 款这简直是秒杀老中青三代人我对 YSL 是充满感情的，早在它还没有变成 Saint Laurent 之前，就买过它家的手包，那个纹理细腻的不得了，自带闪光的感觉。有个男性盆友买过一只湖蓝色的情侣款，我也欢喜的不行，一度想把它坑过来。后来也买过 cabas，一用也是好多年，不用担心质感，还能抗住我的各种随手丢，服役了好多年还没坏。所以包包不用太娇贵，用着小心翼翼反而就不是你买包包的意义了。你有中意的包款么？下方留言吧下次再来八一八THE END XOXO猜你喜欢微信号：yin_eer

20 native english teachers in a english training school in beijing.
Requirements:
Nationality: Native English speaker only
Gender:Not limited,Age Under 60, 24-50 would be better
Educational background:Bachelor degree or above
Teaching experience :A minimum two-year teaching experience (after getting Bachelor degree)
Other requirements:
Home country’s Teaching Certificate or TEFL/ TESOL/ TESL/ CELTA/ TKT certificate (no less than 120-hour training);
Respecting Chines F
Clean criminal background record Having teaching experience in Asian countri
Being active and energetic
Teaching details:
Work location:Beijing
Teaching content: English (Journey’s Leveled Readers published by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Press)Teaching Assistants are allocated.
Teaching hour:No more than 30 period per week
Length of lesson One period = 40 minutes
Working time:40 hours (overtime work will get deferred holiday or extra pay) Regular work time is Wed-Fri:1pm-8pm
Sat-Sun: 9am-7pm
Class size:Maximum 12 students per class

Quarterly Bonus:
(Before tax)When Score reaches 6 in the quarterly performance appraisal:
A RMB quarterly bonus (corresponding to RMB 450-2000 per month) would be assigned on a basis of performance appraisal and teaching hours. Bonus will be paid to most of teachers unless a severe discipline violation occurs. most of the teachers can get 2000rmb bonus per month.
Holiday:China Statutory holidays and 10 days’ paid holiday
There is a 2 days’ increasing after every renewal.
Flight ticket:Reimbursement of round-trip tickets is offered.
RMB 4000 after eight months contract and another RMB 4000 for the whole year’s contract
Medical insurance:Extra health care
Renewal Bonus: A raise of no less than RMB 1000 per month (before tax) will be added to salary. A bonus equaling one month’s salary (before tax) will be provided.
The extra one month salary will be only assigned at the end of the renewed contract.
