用微信上传了小偷偷窃的监控视频，小偷被抓后，将视频删除掉了，但是目前视频仍在微信朋友圈传播，是否属于侵权
事情是这样的，我与几位同学在校园内策划并举办了一场求爱仪式，学校领导以“影响不好”为由对我们进行了批评教育。
后来我把此次活动的视频传到了互联网上，被学校发现，学校以“影响不好”为由让我删除，而且把我的奖学金与优秀三好学生给撤掉了，请问学校这样做对吗？
我们学校属于大学校园，学生手册中好像也未规定不让学生谈恋爱。
