Steam Achievement Manager allows you to unlock achievements of all Steam games. This software support all games that have achievements on Steam. Even if a game is not listed in the SAM (Steam Achievement Manager), you can add the game by typing its ID and clicking on refresh.
Steam Achievement Manager supports all new and old steam games. Here is a list of few latest games that have been added in the version 6.3:

Instructions:
Download and install .NET Framework 3.5
Login to your steam account.
Click on SAM.PICKER.exe to launch the Steam Achievement Manager.

This is a small tool that can help you alter your Steam achievements for any game you want.
Steam Achievement Manager is a small and easy to use application that can help you get any Steam achievement for any game on Steam.
The tool supports any game that has achievements on Steam. If it's not listed directly, you can use the&editable dropdown box to type the game ID and add it to the list.
Instructions:
Extract the zip file to a directory that is convenient to you, but not your Steam directory.
Run Steam if it is not already running.
Exit any active VAC protected games if any are running. While this tool does not directly interact with any game itself, it is better safe than sorry.
Run SAM.Picker.exe and do whatever you want in it.System requirements
