　　随着这几天温度上升，湿度也加重，离不开空调的日子就这么开始了。如果小伙伴们夏日经常出现闹肚子、头疼、身体一阵冷一阵热的不适，那就需要格外小心了，这样的症状可不是什么好苗头，很有可能是空调病找上了你。
　　如何在夏季也能健康的使用空调呢？今天小编就教你几个要点。
　　一、女性吹空调要做好足部和腹部保暖
　　足部经络穴位众多，同时足底远离心脏，属于肢端末梢，血供偏少，温度偏低，它们喜温暖，恶寒凉，此处受凉也是患病原因之一。因此，女性在空调房的时候最好准备一双袜子可供保暖。同时，腹部也是女性的寒凉之属，不少女性朋友在夏季贪凉后都会有月经不调、痛经的症状，这时最好在室内准备一件披肩或者薄毯，避免凉风入腹。
　　二、空调房内忌裸睡
　　现在不少年轻人图舒服喜欢裸睡，但是这也要注意，在夏季空调房内午休或夜晚就寝时，得避免赤身裸体，空调的凉风很容易趁着翻身的时机钻进身体。同时，即使再疲劳也不要图痛快，单独在露天阳台、建筑物走廊、大树下、江河边、大海边睡大觉，不然都有肩膀疼痛的危险。
　　三、加强室内空气流通
　　尽量避免长时间呆在空调房间里，如果有条件最好把室温恒定在24℃左右，室内外温差别超过7℃，还要经常开窗换气，确保室内外空气的对流，开机 1-3小时最好关一段时间空调，打开窗户呼吸新鲜空气，自然的冷空气是最好的。如果条件不允许，自己最好每隔一小时到室外的走廊等有窗户的地方换换气，尤其是午休时间要到户外，最重要的是千万别因为热就到空调下直吹。

　　满头大汗别急着进入空调房，需擦干身子，等体温平复后再使用空调。

　　睡觉时不可俯着睡，枕头不可以过高、过硬或过平。

　　避免颈椎、肩、腰椎部的急性外伤，如抬重物、紧急刹车等带来的损伤。

　　一旦受伤及时去医院疼痛专科治疗，通过打针、药物、针灸、推拿等综合方式缓解疼痛，不能随意自行处理或硬挺，以免加重病情。

　　不要在午夜、凌晨洗冷水澡，或长期呆在房间里吹空调，潮湿风寒会使局部血管紧缩，出现血流降低危险和发生有碍组织代谢的疼痛。

　　平时多参加游泳、跑步、瑜伽等运动项目，对缓解颈椎、腰椎痛作用明显。

　　需要纠正工作时的不良体位，使全身肌肉放松，建议长期伏案或在电脑前工作的人，每低头或仰头1―2小时，需要做颈部活动，以减轻肌肉紧张度，可做做“公健操”。坐姿上尽可能保持自然的端坐位，保持正常生理曲线。

开空调高温水温表直逼红线，通过改动彻底解决高温问题，去年夏天就高温，通过清洗水箱好多了没有想到今年原地开空调又出现了高温情况，通过观察发现水温在很高时候风扇才高速启动，这时水温已经很高了导致发动机工作不正常了，原因是风扇高速启动太慢如果能让车辆在空调启动时就启动高速肯定会效果好，车毕竟老了.换水箱& &水泵&&风扇&&未必能解决高温问题还要花大把银子，通过一下午的改造效果出奇的好可以说是非常很好，原地开空调水温保持很低效果不错。所以不敢独享发上来让大家参考一下，有此情况的朋友可以一试 。总花费为零元，时间为一下午。

我也有这样的想法！不过我停车怠速的时候水温一格半风扇高速就会启动了，但是塞车的时候走走停停的水温要差不多到第三格风扇高速才会启动！不知道是不是我的车有问题！等待楼主的试验报告，看有没有副作用！ 经过两天的测试&&良好没有副作用，应该也不会有.无非是强制风扇高速档转圈.&&就这样用就行。
