岗位职责:Category, portfolio and GP management? Develop product category strategies and category team for Jebsen own brand ‘Blaumann’ aftermarket products, including product range, positioning and business case that in accordance with the company’s strategy to aftermarket. The product portfolio may cover consumable products like motor oil, to maintenance parts like filters and brakes, and technical parts like shock absorbers, steering parts, etc.Ensure Jebsen’s technical competency and competitiveness in the respective area.? Develop yearly and mid-term (3-5 years) new product range development plan.? Develop and manage product range development programs with action plan to meet the market requirements. ? Develop and manage to deliver the product category annual sales target and GP target via effective design, planning and implementation of sales and marketing activities.? Working with procurement team on the expansion and management of suppliers in terms of quality and NPI availability/ capability.? Product demand forecasting and excess and obsolete stock clearance.New product development? Develop and define new product development template and process and implement.? Continuously do market study to understand and forecast the industry trend and completion? Lead/ conduct customer and consumer researches to understanding needs, behaviors and insights? Manage competitor intelligence analysis activities and reports? Lead/ coordinate the business case and value chain analysis? Project lead of NPIProduct category Go-to-market? Develop product value proposition and USP? Marketing materials co-development with marketing team? New product launch management? Make proper pricing structures and marketing strategies. Develop and execute marketing and pricing strategies for the related products.? Plan and manage product promotion plan and promotional activities, in particular for new products.People management? Design, build up and develop the BLAUMANN aftermarket product manager team per the strategic plan of business and the actual needs.? Provide coaching, direction and monitoring to product managers to ensure the delivery.任职资格:Basic Requirements:? University graduate in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering / Marketing or related. MBA preferred.? More than 8 years sales experience in marketing/ product management roles in multinational company, automotive aftermarket business or consumable product industry preferred.? Strong background in handling products and system development projects in automotive or related industry, manufacturing background can bea plus.? Experience in team development and management.? Experience in marketing promotions and brand building.Knowledge and Skills:? Good understanding of marketing tools: 4Ps, Voice of the customer, product strategy, etc.? Strong customer orientation, team player and good communication skills.? Team development and management skills.? Attentive to details, well-organized and multi-tasks with good time management.? Systematic and well organized? Excellent computer skills (Access, Excel, PPT), excellent product knowledge, Strong marketing and/ or sales acumen? Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
