有没有大神，Snaptouch求拯救～收藏
我的snaptouch打印手机功能出问题了，手机蓝牙跟相机连接后，显示正在下载后就不打印了，打印机显示一直加载中的样子，然后在这种情况下去打印相机里本来就有的照片就会显示暂时无法使用打印功能的情况。但重新开机直接只打印相机里的照片又可以打印出来，但之后想要再打印手机里的照片又变成打印机忙之类的，有没有好心人跟我有一样的情况啊！求大神解答！急求！！！感激不尽！

我之前也是碰到这个情况，客服喊我重置试试，就是u口旁边那个小孔长按，但我的按了也没用，就直接寄回去换机了

求助各位大神，我今天在淘宝专卖店买的snap touch 拆开后一点电都没有？这个情况正常么？然后我充了快两个小时，依旧没有电，没有反应，这难道是坏的？
