水蜜桃光看这个名字，大家应该就能猜出它肯定是一种汁多的水果，这种水果和其他的桃子种类一样，闻起来都有一股淡淡的甜香味，让人垂涎三尺。水蜜桃的营养价值极高，比我们一般见到的苹果啊、梨啊、香蕉啊要高出很多。而现在正是水蜜桃大量上市的季节，所以大家可以趁着现在适当的吃一些。男子将水蜜桃放在手里不断的揉捏，水蜜桃就像一个球一样，可以捏来捏去，这样就能看出里面的水分有很多了。等到正用力的时候，就是见证奇迹的时候，水蜜桃里面的水就这样刷刷留了下来，就像果汁一样。感觉这水蜜桃里面都不是果肉而是果汁啊！这就厉害了！原来水蜜桃的真实样子是这样的，怪不得水果店里普通的桃子就是可以捏的，但是水蜜桃上面就写了一个不要用手捏。所以水蜜桃还是不要快递的好。水蜜桃的功效与作用1、补血养颜水蜜桃营养丰富，肉甜汁多，含丰富的铁质，能增加人体血红蛋白数量，古人曰：常吃水蜜桃能“益容颜”，原因可能在此。2、补气润肺水蜜桃的果肉中含有大量蛋白质、磷、钙、铁与维生素B、维生素C和足够多的水分，对慢性支气管炎、支气管扩张症、肺纤维化、肺不张、矽肺、肺结核等出现的干咳、咳血、慢性发热、盗汗等症，可起到养阴生津、补气润肺的保健功效。3、预防便秘水蜜桃含有大量胶质物，此类物质到大肠中能吸收足够多的水分，能达到预防便秘的作用。水蜜桃还包含比较多的有机酸与纤维素，可以促进食欲，有利于帮助消化。4、缓解水肿水蜜桃含铁量很高，是缺铁性贫血患者的理想辅助食物，此外，水蜜桃含钾多，含钠少，适合水肿患者食用。分享一个吃水蜜桃的方法：水蜜桃奶昔材料：牛奶200毫升、水蜜桃2个、鸡蛋白1个、白砂糖适量。做法：(1)水蜜桃洗净去皮去皮，切成两半;(2)准备一杯鲜奶，将桃肉全部切成块，把水蜜桃、白砂糖、放入搅拌杯中，搅拌成泥;(3)蛋白一个，用打蛋器顺时钟打20分钟即可打成湿性发泡，蛋白开始有光泽，呈柔软绸缎状;(4)把打发的蛋白和水蜜桃奶泥搅拌在一起，形成顺滑的奶昔状;(5)冰箱里冷藏半小时，即可食。
