科威特银行开过来的信用证-----紧急求救
我一个同事，他的客户已经把信用证给寄过来了，金额都快14万美金，合同规定的付款条款是&&irrevocable cofirmed 100% letter of credit at&&sight.&&但是信用证里面没体现at sight,客户说即使没体现，银行也是当作即期信用证来处理的， 我们这边打电话给银行核实过，银行也这么说，但是我们的部门经理不相信，说这个信用证有问题，不同意签字，也就没法安排生产，我们也不清楚，所以在这里敬请高手帮忙指点迷津！ 下面是信用证的内容。

1) Signed commercial invoice in quintruplicate1 original plus 3 copies) showing or certifying: A: Name of carring vessel(没问题) B:&&Number of package shipped.(没问题) C: name and address of the manufacturers of each item of manufactured goods.(the word&manufacturer& must be clearly indicated against the name of the manufacturers.).(应该没问题) D: seperate the price and the net weight in Kilos of each type&&of goods. E: Each piece/package&&bears a non-detachable mark/lable showing the name of the country of origin(用纸箱包装，纸箱上印上made in China 就可以了吧) F： must also show harmonized system code number(应该是写我们国家的海关编码吧？ 要跟客人确认吗) G: Country of origin（这个应该没问题）
2）Bill of lading: complete set of clean shipped on board Ocean bills of lading marked freight payable at destination made out to order of the Bank of Kuwait and the middle east K.S. C. kuweit. Marked Notify. Notify party: Applicants and Consignee(我们做的是FOB 深圳，货代是他们的，风险会不会好高啊) Consignee: to the order of&&the Bank of Kuwait and the middle east K.S. C. kuweit. notity party:&&写客户和 Consignee）。这个应该没问题吧？
3）Packing list: In quintruplicate(one original plus three copies) Indicating details of goods in Harmonic system tabular form showing: A:&&Description of goods. B: Item No. as per harmonic system (写海关的编码，是吗) C: number of package&&D: kind of package&&F:Contents, G:Gross weight& &H: Net weight& & I: Total Cost each Item.
4)Certificate of origin:in Duplicate(one original plus one copy) issued in the exporting country(country from where the goods will be actually be shipped) and signed by the chamber of commerce or official trade or industrial association bearing their official sealand stating: (A)&&Name of the country of the merchandise origin. (B): Name and address of the manufactured goods. (The word& manufacturer&factur must be clearly shown against the name of the manufacturer).&&(c)Name of expoting company (D) name of country from which the goods are exported.
47A: additional conditions
(1)authentication of certificate of origin and invoice from Kuwait Embassy or Arab authority is not allowed.
(2)Shipment must be effected in containers and bill of lading must bear evidence to this effect.
(3)packing list must show gross weight and net weight for each roll and entire goods.
(4)Each roll must bear marks&made in China& in an irremovable and indelible way . document must include&&Beneficiary's certificate to this effect( 应该在哪个单据上体现这点好些，是packing list 还是 commercial invoice?)
(5)HSBC bank(China) company limited, is hereby required to add their confirmation, provided all charges in this conncection are borne by the beneficiary, in which case drafts must be made on confirming bank.(这票是在做保兑，汇票是要保兑行来做，保兑费由我司出)
（6）All bank charges outside kuwait including postage, telex/ cable charge, courier charge and reimbursing bank's charge are for beneficiary's account(通常情况下，议付行的手续费之类的，也要我们这边来出吗？)
（7）quantity ready about.
(8) Negotiation of documents permitted through HSBC Bank***********(保兑行名称，地址，我司帐号)who are hereby required to advise the advising bank of all negotiations effected.
(9) transhipment at Iraq and Isarel are prohibited!
(10) In case of transhipment~~~~~~(不要转运，所以内容我就不打出来了)
(12)Particial shipment: complete seprate set of documents must be presented for each shipment and seperately negotiated.
(13)document must include a certificate from the owner or master or agents of the ship stating that the carrying vessel is allowed to enter Kuwait ports according to Maritime laws and port regulation relating to matters other than Kuwait boycott. Declaration on the bill of lading to this effect is also acceptable, in case of shipment by United Arab shipping Co. vessel, this certificate is not required.(假如我们不走United Arab shipping Co. vessel船公司，货代可以提供这种证明吗？)
(14) 额外的条款不大重要，而且我们可以达到要求，在这就不全部列出来了。

78: instr to paying/accptg/negotg bank:
(1) 议付行 holds special instructions as to reimbursement and remittance of drawing document under this effect.
(2)all negotiation under this credit must be endorsed hereon(我们需要在后面空白背书吗？ )
(3)Please despatch the complete set of documents in one lot direct to us by courier mail at our address(如果我们分批装运的话，有两批单，我们只要把单合并就行了，是吗？)
(4) Unless our prior approval is obtained for negotiation, all irregular document must be forwarded to us on approval basis.

（1）这个信用证需要修改吗？.需不需要在这个信用证上注明 at sight,如果要的话，请问在哪里修改。
（2）我一个同事说，其实信用证保兑没什么意义，他说保兑行只有受到了开证行的一个付款指示才会付款的，事实是这样的吗？

主要还是货物满足合同及LC的要求.严格做到单单一致,单证一致.
