方法将handler进行包装，包装成MultiMessageHandler的一个对象。在下面红色代码中会判断handler是否是WrappedChannelHandler对象，只有是的时候才会对executor对象复值。因为MultiMessageHandler对象不是WrappedChannelHandler的子类，所以executor为空。

环境：Linux+Tomcat 7.0.39
最近应用总是无故挂掉tomcat进程都不见了，网上搜索是因为Tomcat7的监测内存溢出的新特性导致的，但尝试各种方法后还是挂掉，并且没有OutOfMemeory这样的异常，日志里也比较奇怪，看起似乎是在做reload或者正常关闭操作。
server.xml中是没有开启reload的。
这里之上都是正常的应用日志

这样的问题我也遇到过，不知道是不是同一个原因，供你参考一下。
我当时也是没有任何oom异常的，找了好几天。
最后发现是内存不足，由于系统没有设置虚拟内存，每当物理内存用光了之后，tomcat进程就自动挂掉了，后来加了虚拟内存问题解决。
好像启动就有问题啊，没有还启起来。
