Job Description *
-Assist on all admin works, including phone call screening, water, tickets, hotels, cars booking, cleaner, courier, magazines/newspaper subscription, office property management and maintenance, mailing and documents distribution to relevant personnel
- Receive office visitors
- Deal with stationary requests, contact supplies and be responsible for stationary distribution.
- Assist office manager to update hotel agreements, contact lists
- Keep the office area nice and tidy.
- Assist on office admin filing and documentation
- Co-ordinate with various admin suppliers and process payment
- Other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements *
-College graduate
-Good English and Chinese language skills both in written and oral
-Open-minded, service-minded
-Good listening skills and response to people in an effective, positive and friendly manner.
-Good team player
-Working knowledge of Microsoft office software and office facilities

Run TeamViewer without installation
The tar.gz package can be run without installation and doesn’t even need root permissions.
After downloading the tar.gz package, you need to extract it to the directory you want to run it from. Simply click on “teamviewer” to start a TeamViewer instance.
