经北京市规划和国土资源管理委员会认定，位于北京市昌平区霍营街道S2线黄土店火车站南门西侧、院内西南侧、院内西侧、南门内向北29.8米处的彩钢房屋，未依法取得建设工程规划许可证，违反了《北京市城乡规划条例》第二十三条第一款的规定，属于违法建设。经北京市规划和国土资源管理委员会认定，位于北京市昌平区霍营街道S2线黄土店火车站南门西侧、院内西南侧、院内西侧、南门内向北29.8米处的彩钢房屋，未依法取得建设工程规划许可证，违反了《北京市城乡规划条例》第二十三条第一款的规定，属于违法建设。依据《北京市禁止违法建设若干规定》（北京市人民政府令第228号）第四条第二款、第九条的规定，本行政机关具有查处上述违法建设的法定职权。因上述建筑物无法确定其建设单位、所有权人、管理人和使用人，依据《北京市禁止违法建设若干规定》第二十条的规定，本行政机关公告如下：请上述建筑物的所有权人、建设人或管理人在本《公告》发布之日起15日内，携带本人身份证明文件、授权委托书、建设房屋相关审批文件等材料到本行政机关主张权利，接受调查，提出陈述和申辩理由或者自行拆除违法建设。逾期无人主张权利或者未改正违法行为的，将依据《北京市城乡规划条例》第六十六条第三款的规定，报请北京市昌平区人民政府责成有关部门对上述建筑物实施强制拆除。上述建筑物的所有权人、建设人或管理人是法人或者其他组织的，接受调查时请携带营业执照复印件（组织机构代码复印件）、法定代表人（负责人）身份证明、授权委托书（以上三项需加盖单位公章）、被委托人身份证明（身份证）等证明材料接受调查。相关权利人在公告期限届满前应自行清理存放于该建筑物内的财物；逾期不清理的，造成的损失由相关权利人本人承担。地 址：北京市昌平区霍营街道办事处院内南侧办公楼一层联系人：刘岳 王彦英　& 电 话：日&
