我公司投资的10万吨糖蜜酒精,用甘蔗汁为原料产生废糖蜜经过发酵生产酒精,在生产酒精的过程中产生高浓度有机废水。酒精废水未经处理就近排入水体,会造成一定程度的污染,因此,必须建设配套的污水处理设施。The project of 100,000T molasses alcohol product line, use sugarcane juice as raw material to produce sugar cane juice, after fermentation, it produce alcohol. Meanwhile, high concentrated organic wastewater is brought out. If charge the waste water without treatment, it will result in pollution. Therefore, the matching waste water treatment is necessary to build.
工程规模为日处理酒精废水3372m3 /Project scale: deal with alcohol wastewater 3372 m3 per day.
污水处理采用厌氧—好氧处理工艺/ The wastewater treatment adopts anaerobic + aerobic process.
工程总投资为5821400美元/ The total investment is 5,821,400 U.S. dollars.
污水处理运行成本为0.225美元/m3。

自来水厂的排泥水处理工作应从对具体水厂的排泥水水质特性分析出发,注意自来水厂污泥和污水厂污泥之间的本质差别。本文探讨研究了自来水厂排泥水处理技术的若干问题,诸如:如何正确确定自来水厂的污泥干固体产量?如何减少自来水厂沉淀池的排泥水水量?为什么要设置污泥调蓄均衡池?等等。 关键词:自来水厂排泥水处理 随着我国对环境保护和整治力度的不断加强,许多省市的环保部门近年来积极督促各地自来水公司在扩建、新建自来水厂的同时,要筹措资金同步实施水厂的排泥水处理工程。1996年以来,石家庄、北京、上海和深圳等城市先后建成投产了几个水厂的排泥水处理工程,开始了我国自来水厂排泥水处理的起步阶段。 自来水厂排泥水不经处理就直排江河湖泊等水体,成为水体的重要污染源,淤积抬高河床,影响江河的航运和行洪排涝能力。我国是水资源紧缺的国家,水资源是制约国民经济可持续发展的重要物质条件。努力搞好自来水厂排泥水处理工程,在改善水环境的同时,还可回收利用占水厂供水量2~4%左右的水量,一定程度上缓解水资源紧缺的矛盾。我国近2800个城市自来水厂今后如陆续着手建设排泥水处理工程,将可能涉及数百亿元巨额基建投资的能否合理使用,能否相应实现预期的工程效应和环境效益的重大现实问题。 结合几年来在自来水厂排泥水处理科研工作和工程实践中的一些经验、教训和体会,联系在国内、外一些自来水厂和污水厂的污泥处理工程参观调研过程中的收获、心得和思考,对自来水厂排泥水处理技术的若干问题提出如下看法和建议,供我国自来水厂排泥水处理工程建设和研究工作参考。 1.自来水厂排泥水处理工程设计规模如何合理取值问题 自来水厂排泥水处理工程设计工作中,除了必须切实掌握水厂的混凝沉淀池排泥水日产水量、滤池冲洗废水的日产水量和单格滤池一次冲洗废水量外,更重要的是必须对水厂污泥干固体日产量设计规模进行合理取值,它直接影响污泥脱水机械等的选型配置、有关设备和构筑物的配备和设计,直接影响整个排泥水处理和污泥处置的工程投资和今后工程正常合理运行的可能性。 水厂排泥水中的污泥干固体含量,由净水过程中截留去除的原水中泥沙、腐殖质、藻类等悬浮杂质和水厂投加的混凝剂、助凝剂等二部分组成,前者占主要比重。 水厂的日常水质检测项目中,与原水中悬浮杂质含量密切相关的主要是原水浑浊度NTU值。测定水的浑浊度NTU值的浊度仪是基于测定光源通过被测水的散射光强弱的光学仪器,能有效检测水中主要属胶体粒径范围的杂质颗粒。由于不同水源水中的悬浮杂质颗粒大小组成和形状各不相同,因此各种水源水的浊度NTU值大小并不一定可按某固定比值直接换算成反映水中悬浮杂质浓度SS值(mg/L)的大小。因此取用不同水源水的水厂在进行排泥水处理工程设计之前,一般应先对全年不同时段的水源水取样进行浑浊度NTU值和原水中悬浮固体量SS值的一系列同步检测对比。所获大量数据进行数学回归和相关分析,得出NTU与SS值之间的相关关系,再联系水源具体情况和近年原水浊度资料的概率统计分析等,可合理确定该水厂排泥水处理工程污泥干固体量DS的日处理规模。若不能认真根据当地水源水质实际情况得出可靠的NTU:SS的相关值,则估算的水厂排泥水处理工程的干污泥DS日处理规模量可能与实际相差甚远,甚至可能差一、二倍以上!严重影响工程建设的合理性. 我国不少城市自来水厂已将建设排泥水处理工程提上议事日程,建议在日常检测原水浊度NTU值的同时,进行一些原水悬浮固体SS值的对比检测,及早作好这项影响工程设计规模的前期准备工作。 The waterworks platoon spate processing work should from embark to theconcrete water works platoon spate water quality characteristicanalysis, attention waterworks sludge and between dirt water workssludge essential distinction. 污水处理厂尾水对排放河道水质的影响
[目的]考察污水处理厂尾水排放对地表水的影响。[方法]以苏南地区某城镇污水处理厂为例,对污水处理厂尾水、纳污河道上、下游河水水质进行了连续1年的监测分析。[结果]尾水的集中排放导致排放口河水水质各指标明显高于上、下游河水,且排放口上游河水污染物平均浓度小于下游。空间上看,随着河道的自净、稀释作用,离污水处理厂排放口越远,水质呈好转趋势。时间上看,纳污河道的 TN、TP 和 NH 4-N 指标浓度呈现出冬季高、夏秋低的特点。[结论]污水处理厂尾水排放会导致排放河道营养盐(N 和 P)浓度+的升高,应采取相关措施减小污水处理厂尾水排放对纳污河道及区域水环境造成的影响。
Abstract:
Objective] To evaluate the impact of municipal sewage plant’s effluent on the receiving water body.[Method] The water quali-ties of municipal sewage plant’s effluent, upstream and downstream of the receiving river were continuously monitored for a full year.[Re-sult] The discharge of effluent could lead to the obvious increase of pollutant concentrations in river water.The water quality indicators at dis-charge outlet were significantly higher than those both in upstream and downstream of the river.And the average concentration of pollutants in the upstream water were also less than those in the downstream water.From the space level, the water quality of downstream river showed the improvement tendency with increase of the distance between discharge outlet and sampling sites, mainly due to the self -purification and dilu-tion of the water body.From the time level, water quality indicators such as TN, TP and NH 4 -N showed higher concentrations in winter,+while lower concentrations in summer and autumn.[Conclusion] The discharge of sewage plant’s effluent leads to increase of N, P concentra-tion in rivers, corresponding measures should be adopted to reduce effects of sewage plant’s effluent on receiving water environment.

苏州大学硕士学位论文污水处理厂达标外排水对受纳水体及修复植物的影响研究姓名:陈玲申请学位级别:硕士专业:分析化学指导教师:刘德启污水处理厂达标外排水对受纳水体及后续修复植物的影响研究中文摘要中文摘要中又捅要随着我国经济与人口的快速增加,污水排放总量也在迅速增加,为遏制其造成的生态环境污染,近年来,我国加大了城市污水与工业废水的集中处理率。排放自然水体是污水的自然归宿,也是目前我国污水最主要的出路。对于已建成的污水处理厂,其纳污水体也就是一定的。自然水体对接纳废水具有一定的稀释与净化能力,但这个稀释与净化能力是一定的。随着污水排放量的增加,会加剧废水对纳污水体带来冲击和负面影响。而且对于作为纳污水体的河流,在修复过程中,其接纳废水量必然会对修复植物的生长产生影响。因此,研究污水处理厂的废水排放量对受纳水体本身和其修复植物的影响,对水环境的保护和水体修复,具有重要的理论与实际意义。本文通过对自然水体、废水排放量等条件的模拟,通过大量实验,取得以下重要结论:污水处理厂外排水对受纳水体中的有机物有明显的影响。实验结果表明,水中有机物与叶绿素都随接纳水量而增加,COD除3#Lg对照低32%外,2、4和5拌中COD分别比对照高93%、46%和46%,叶绿素除3存比对照低51.7%P1&,2、4和5撑中叶绿素分别比对照高129.9%、106.5%和81.8%。这说明排水促进了水体藻类初级生产者的演替过程;也说明浮游植物是水体COD的主要贡献者。外排水对受纳水体氮磷也有显著的影响。总氮随接纳水量的增加而显著增加,与总氮相比,而水中总磷与接纳废水量的关系并不显著。按照湖泊N、P限制性因素的Redfield比值判断,对照体系l群的氮磷相对平衡,而接纳水量最少的2存系统N起限制作用,随着接纳水量的进一步增加,磷则成为主要的限制性因素。外排水对受纳水体溶解性无机盐的积累贡献明显。污水处理厂达标外排废水能显著地增加受纳水体的溶解性盐,可能会导致水生生态系统的退化或增加水体修复的难度,这在干旱地区的水体可能会更加明显。外排水对受纳水体底泥有机质的影响也十分显著,接纳水中的有机物水体中有机物的沉降与积聚,反而促进了底泥中有机物的矿质化过程。在用修复植物修复已退化的水体时,作为污水处理厂尾水的受纳水体,采用伊乐藻作为修复植物,可以取得比采用水网藻作为修复植物更好的修复效果。一污水处理厂达标外排水对受纳水体及后续修复植物的影响研究中文摘要定量的尾水会对植物的生长环境产生某种胁迫作用,而伊乐藻对这种胁迫的抵抗能力较强,在胁迫条件下,也可以较好的生存。在设计污水处理厂及选址时,最好能将污水处理厂废水的排放量与受纳水体水量的比例控制在l:100以下。在该比例条件下,尾水对受纳水体及其修复植物影响较小,可将纳污水体的COD、TN、TP控制在一个相对较低的水平上,且修复植物受到的环境胁迫也较少,能够很好的生长。关键词:外排水:受纳水体;生态效应;修复;实验模拟作者:陈玲指导老师:刘德启教授污水处理厂达标外排水对受纳水体及后续修复植物的影响研究英文摘要Studyontheeffect0feffluentmetthestandardfromSewageTreatmentPlantonthereceivingwatersandSUbsequentrepairplant’'l-JLAbstractAsChina'seconomyandthepopulationrapidincreased,theeffluentisalsoincreasegreatly.Inordertocurbitecologicalandenvironmentalpollution,ourcountryhasincreasedtherateoftheeitysewageandindustrialwastewatertreatmentinrecentyears.Emissionstonaturalwaterarethenaturaldestinationofeffluent,anditisthemostimportantwayinourcountry.pleted,anditsreceivingwatersaredefinite.epted,butthiscapacityislimited.Withtheeffluentsincreased,itwillaggravatetheeffluenttoreceivingwater.Anditalsohaveimpactontherepairprocess,theeffluentmayhaveanimpactonthegrowthofplants.Therefore,StudyontheeffectofeffluentmetthestandardfromSewageTreatmentPlantonthereceivingwatersandsubsequentrepairplant,whichhasimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificance.Thisarticleanalyzesfactorslikenaturalwater'theamountofeffluentandet,weobtainedfollowingimportantconclusion:anicmattercontentofthereceivingwaterwasverysignificant.anicmatterandchlorophyllsinthewaterincreasesalongwim+pared谢t11thecontrolsystem,’theCODofthe3拌systemlowed32%,2群、4拌、5拌systemCODincreased93%,46%and46%;Thechlorophyllsof3#systemlowed51.7%,2襻、4撑and5撑systemchlorophyllsincreased129.9%、106.5%and81.8%;essiponentstoCOD.Withtheeffluentincreasing,thetotalnitrogeninthewaterincreasedgreatly,butthesignificantcorrelationWasnotfoundbetweentotalphosphorusanddrainagewater.ordingtotheRedfieldratio,nitrogenandphosphOF/ISinthecontrolsystemkeeprelativebalance,whilenitrogeninthecontrolsystem2撑whichhasthefewestreceivingwaterplaystheroleofrestriction.Withafurtherincreaseinthereceivingwater,phosphor1
