网卡的IP地址设置一下就可以了。如果是拨号上网的话，随便怎么设置，在网上邻居点右键属性，出现本地连接再点右键属性，在TCPIP协议那里双击，弹出输入IP地址的窗口，输入就可以了，如：192.168.1.11，如果是路由上网的话就要设置成路由器同网段的IP地址就可以了
在设备管理器中卸载了无线网卡，再扫描检测硬件改动，实际就是重装一下无线网卡的驱动。希望能对你有所帮助。
