&&日-17日，中国五矿化工进出口商会到巴西进行游说及沟通工作。
&&日，巴西就该案召开听证会。

&&一、 非价格承诺参加企业的终裁税率：对表格中的企业自日起开始执行终裁税率
&&二、抽样企业及接受自愿应诉企业的终裁倾销幅度如下：
&&由于除Foshan Chancheng Qiangshi Building Materials Company Limited之外的抽样企业及接受自愿应诉的企业均已参加价格承诺，对参加价格承诺的企业不按下面表格中的终裁倾销幅度执行终裁税率，而是按价格承诺执行最低限价和数量限制。
&&三、 价格承诺企业：
&&1) 对价格承诺参加企业，自日起，按价格承诺中最低限价和数量限制执行。对出口提单显示日期在日至日之间的，不适用价格承诺规则，按初裁税率执行。
&&2)日起至日期间的最低限价为CIF 10.5美元/平方米和CIF 477.27美元/吨，数量限制为22,000,000平方米和484,000吨。参与价格承诺的企业不再征收反倾销税，前提是按照限价标准并在配额内出口。
