探索苏宁自动化立体仓库
苏宁近年来大力推动智慧物流建设,建设物流云系统,获得了广泛认可。位于南京的雨花物流基地建筑面积3.5万平米、层高26米,一期仓储近500万平方的物流仓储面积、12个自动化分拣中心、660个城市配送中心,以及10000个快递点,目前已经有美的、创维、志高等1000多家企业在共享苏宁的物流云服务。在刚刚结束的818“发烧节”期间,试运营的南京苏宁雨花物流二期全自动化立体仓库,仓库存储能力可达到约为150万SKU、2000万件商品,日发货量181万件,人均每小时可完成1200件商品的出货。目前,苏宁快递的“半日达”服务覆盖北京、上海、广州、深圳、杭州、南京、成都、武汉、西安、沈阳10座城市,即上午买、下午到,下午买、第二天上午到。据了解,苏宁将物流是零售业发展的根本作为集团级战略,苏宁云商上市以来在公开市场上募集的资金绝大部分都投入了物流建设。下面我们就来探索一下苏宁的高密度自动存储系统
苏宁的高密度自动存储系统,分为三块,对应三个高精尖的硬件设备:
一个是AS/RS自动托盘堆垛系统。这是一台高达22米纵深90米的“机械使者”,每台都有一个灵敏的机械触手,可在90米纵深空间里自由而准确地上下穿梭,像一个优雅而灵活的舞者,机械触手“认得”每一个存储位,根据指令进行每一次存取。它是专为存取完整的装载单元而设计的,主要用来存储中件整托以及小件大批量商品。
AS/RS自动托盘堆垛系统
一个是Miniload高密度自动箱式堆垛机。Miniload自动堆垛机是比AS/RS自动托盘堆垛机更精巧的存在,因为它存取的是周转箱和硬纸箱,体积更小,灵活性更强,复杂度更高,能够实现双循环1400箱/小时(单循环1800箱/小时左右)的存取,能够实现每天近百万件商品的补货出库功能。站在这样的庞然大物面前,看着它穿花蝴蝶般翩跹起舞,唯有赞叹神奇。

还有一个就是苏宁的“独家”设备——SCS旋转货架。SCS旋转货架是苏宁物流货到人拣选系统的一部分,是一种高度动态而且完全自动的仓储系统。它看起来类似回转寿司店的餐台,几乎能够处理所有拆零品类的物品。
SCS旋转货架
如果系统中提示有订单需要拣选,SCS旋转货架能迅速并且准确地找到含有订单内商品的周转箱,并自动把周转箱送上传送带,传送带会把周转箱直接送到货到人拣选工作站。
不仅如此,SCS旋转货架配合WCS系统(仓库设备控制系统),能够实现对产品的自动追踪、监控,并对产品进行时效、路径、商品批次的排序,具有相同属性的产品,系统会自动排序并集中存储,需要时系统会自动控制这一批货物同时从SCS内出库。
一个智能的仓库,必须满足高密度自动存储的需求,对一个正在高速增长、业务不断扩展、品类不断增多的电商企业来说尤其如此。在构建高密度存储的能力时,要综合考虑效率、准确性、灵活性、可扩展性、使用方便、工作环境良好,等等,保证大量拆零拣选商品品项超过10000以上也能得到自由扩展。
智能化的高密度存储是物流仓库发展的必然趋势,这里涉及到稳定高效运行的IT系统,涉及到对消费数据以及商品数据的分析应用,涉及到仓库的科学合理布局,然后呈现出来的就是,空间能力的最大化以及时间的精准和效率的可测算。

Introduction
Over the past several years, the traditional
thinking of distribution center design and strategy
America has begun to evolve from a ‘low and wide’ strategy to
‘narrow and high’. One of&
variables in this switch in thinking is Mini-Load Automated Storage
and Retrieval_r(AS/RS).&
