看过该视频的还喜欢miniOFF&p&想念学校内网免费下载文章的日子，但是也不要灰心，什么值得买生活家保密和你一起分享一下关于好用的学术网站~&/p&&p&正文：&/p&&p&我们在日常中常见或常使用的文献包括古籍、期刊、学术论文等等，在国内要找这些文献最主要的途径就是知网、万方等几家大型的网站，但这几家网站下载文章都是要收费的，这些网站收取的费用主要用于平台的维护以及部分论文的版权收购，不过版权购买一般并不是直接向作者购买，而是向期刊批量购买，所以即使是作者本人要下载你自己的文章也需要付费给网站的。&br&&/p&&p&我们在写论文或在工作中经常要下载引用大量的文章，这是一笔不小的开支，在大学时读书时很多大学会为学生购买知网或万方的服务，但出了校园就很少有单位会为员工花这笔钱了，如何免费获得文献就是一门学问了，搜索引擎或淘宝买帐号是一个方式，但即使是百度文库这种完全靠网友上传资源的网站也经常需要下载券之类的变相收费，其实还是有很多免费的文献网站可以选择。&/p&&p&至于论文版权的问题，很少有作者从公开发表的论文里获利的，你发表文章反而要给期刊交费用的，获取文献的利益都由期刊获得，作者并不能获利，对于作者并没有多少激励作用，反而限制了知识的传播，所以现在全世界都在推动论文免费获取的运动，最有影响力的就是BOAI倡议。一般作者论文发表时跟期刊签有相关协议，版权归谁要看协议里怎么规定的，论文版权归属很复杂，国内外也有很多争议。而且很多知名学者学术大咖都支持文献的公开免费获取。&/p&&blockquote&BOAI对开放存取的定义为：开放存取文献是指Internet上公开出版的，允许任何用户对其全文进行阅读、下载、复制、传播、打印、检索或连接，允许爬行器对其编制索引，将其用作软件数据或用于其他任何合法目的，除网络自身的访问限制外不存在任何经济、法律或技术方面的障碍的全文文献。开放获取的两个条件：（1）作者或版权所有人承诺向所有用户提供免费的、不能撤回的和在全世界范围内的复制、利用、传播权利，只需保证以适当方式表明作者权利；（2）作品的完整版本应以标准格式存储到在线存储库中以支持作品的开放获取和长期保存。&/blockquote&&p&目前获得免费文献的一大来源就是OA期刊，世界各国包括中国都在大力建设OA期刊数据库。OA期刊是作者付费读者免费的模式，以此方式来打破学术上的付费墙。OA期刊的版面费非常贵，一篇论文往往达到上万元，钱收的多在文章质量审核方面可以能就会放水，所以很多OA期刊的很多文章质量无法恭维，甚至有些只收钱不审稿只为赚钱的掠夺性OA期刊，美国有位图书馆员Jeffrey Beall制作了一份广泛流传的掠夺性OA期刊黑名单Beall’s List，大家有兴趣可以去找副本来对照下，原始网站已经关闭了。&/p&&p&下面介绍一些我收藏的免费文献站点，对于一般学术研究来说也是够用了。&/p&&h2&一、国外期刊论文&/h2&&h2&1、&a href=&//link.zhihu.com/?target=http%3A//gen.lib.rus.ec/& class=& noreferrer&&谷歌&/a&学术是GOOGLE搞的一个专门用于搜索学术文献的网站，百度学术就是学的谷歌，不过谷歌学术是04年就成立了，而百度学术是14年才有的，晚了整整10年，在搜索效率上百度比谷歌也是差了不止一个量级。比如说同时搜索SMZDM，在谷歌学术上可以搜索到真正相关联的文献（虽然并不是值友们熟悉的那个SMZDM），而在百度学术上搜索的确是风马牛不相及的东西。&/p&&p&&br&&/p&&figure&&img
