篇一：创建学习型组织倡议书
创建学习型组织倡议书
xxx有限公司全体员工：
在企业界和管理思想界推广和研究学习型组织，已经成为一场管理革命。按照创建学习型组织的基本内容、流程、规范，针对公司在创建学习型组织过程中存在的难点、问题如何进一步把握方向、明确目标、丰富内容、改进方法、推进步伐、提高质量，已是学习型组织创建的重点。经研究，就进一步推进学习型组织创建活动，集团工会提出倡议。
——注重转换企业运行机制，增强创建活力。
创建学习型企业富有创造性，它要解决的是企业运行机制的问题，解决企业今天和未来的发展问题，而不是急功近利的短期活动。必须始终与企业生存与发展的自身实际相结合，与企业的具体工作相结合，紧密融入企业管理的实践之中。
1、不设置固定模式。要求各级、各单位、各部门都要高度关注创建活动，稳步推进，稳健实施。集团公司不对创建工作做硬性的规定，允许、鼓励各单位、各部门结合实际愿望探索、尝试。
2、始终与实际工作相融合。创建工作应该融入日常管理，推进管理创新，改善组织运行模式，避免创建与实际工作“两张皮”。从解决自身的实际问题出发找准创建的切入点，注重在改进工作、提升指标中落实学习型组织理论，将创建与企业的日常工作、目标、愿景紧密结合，运用理论改善思维模式和行为模式，在创新中寻找更有效的工作方法。
3、赋予优良传统以新的内涵。创建学习型组织，不是对过去的否定，而是一个扬弃的过程；创建学习型企业，在管理上不是另起炉灶，一切从头来，而是运用这个新的管理模式检视自己，改善自己，尤其是将已经有的好做法赋予新内涵，在持续改进中拓展其积极的意义。4、重心下移重视基层创建。创建学习型企业，其效果应看它在基层得到怎样的认同，是否被广大的基层管理人员所热衷。我们要重视把创建工作的重心下移，激励基层管理人员大胆实践。要求各单位、各部门以及项目部、班组要善于结合实际创造性地开展工作，充分体现广大基层管理人员的智慧，充分显示出基层管理的生机与活力，不断发掘基层工作的闪光点，丰富管理创新的内涵。
——注重促进知识的良性转换，提高学习力。
要把人的发展作为企业的发展目标之一。在企业发展的过程中，只有让职工与企业一同成长，以提高学习力为突破口，不断激励职工的创造热情，才能推进企业的可持续发展。
5、树立全新的学习理念。在学习上，我们应该强化这样几个理念：一是强化职工培训，拓展职工学习的途径，把企业办成一所大学校，突出“培训是职工最大的福利”的理念；二是倡导“工作学习化，学习工作化”的理念，引导广大职工将工作当学问来研究，鼓励职工带着问题学习，把工作中的问题解决在公司的学习型环境中；三是突出团队学习，拓展团队学习的途径和方法，并将各级组织的讨论、交流、策划、攻关、总结等活动赋予团队学习的内涵，突出“成果共享”的理念。
6、构筑适应企业发展的学习体系。要加大职工培训力度，不断优化职工的知识结构和技能结构，形成开放式的教育培训格局，持续开展多层次的培训教育，全面提高职工的综合素质。拓展学习的途径，既要强调八小时以内充电学习，又要重视引进“外脑”开拓员工视野。通过各种有效途径，逐步形成一专多能、文化提升、专业技术及管理、在职学历、思想理论、品格心智等多层面、多角度的立体培训体系。
7、持续追求学习的成果效应。要不断深化学习的深度，建立知识管理体系，注重形成信息与知识的收集、交流、整合、流转、分享的管理平台，建立反思、反馈、共享的信息与知识管理机制，促进企业内外部信息与知识的优化整合。
——注重培育学习型企业文化，提升超越力。
8、重视人的价值实现。在管理中坚持“互利共赢”原则。所谓互利共赢，就是作为企业，一要考虑自身的发展，二要考虑职工的发展；既要想到员工个人的发展，也要想到企业的发展，没有企业的发展就没有个人的发展。激发职工将个人的理想追求与企业的发展目标融为一体，实现企业发展与个人发展的“双赢”。要用发展解决目前企业存在的用工矛盾，集团公司郑重向社会和职工承诺：不让一个热爱万事兴的职工受下岗之苦。在企业管理中融进更多的文化因素，将企业文化的精髓融入战略研究、企业改革、资源配置、科技进步等企业管理的各个环节，营造有利于企业与职工共同发展的和谐氛围。让企业固化下来的文化理念转化为职工的自觉意识和行为方式。大力塑造“万事兴人”的品格，使“万事兴人”成为一个特定的称谓，成为一种精神和风貌的标志，以人的优秀品格塑造企业的品格。
9、培育大家庭的情怀。公司大力倡导“追求大事业，营造大舞台，团队精神，家庭情怀”，让“公司是我家”成为职工共同的心声，营造干事创业兴建家园的人文环境。 “在工作中感受生命的意义”，通过建立愿景体系，让职工意识到虽然在平凡的岗位上，但却是为着伟大的目标而工作，在企业摆脱困境
正在加载中，请稍后...Creative Arts in Education and Therapy (CAET) – Eastern and Western Perspectives is an international journal for artists, educators and therapists, who use and integrate creative arts in their work. The focus is on reporting and discussing perspectives, theory based application and practical results between the West and the East - particularly China and its neighboring cultures.
The journal supports cross-disciplinary dialogue, cooperation and research between creative arts (creative writing, dance/movement, drama, film, music, and the visual arts) and education, therapy, psychology, medicine, and other related fields.
CAET invites research articles, case reports, program descriptions, position papers, interviews, and conference reports relevant to the field.
We also welcome books for review consideration.
Manuscripts are subject to a peer review process before being accepted and published. Contributions are to be in English and will be published with bilingual abstracts: English and Chinese.
CAET publishes 2 issues per year in both print and online versions. The journal will be widely distributed to academic and professional libraries, as well as individual professionals in China and the world. &&The bottlenecks I encountered in scientific research suggested that the insights I sought could not be provided by hard science alone which is more mind oriented.
When we engage the arts and embodied experience, we are creating more possibilities for understanding ourselves and the world, and for answering many questions, including scientific ones.
So I see the value of the arts not only in performances by arts professionals but also as an essential element of life for every human being as well an indispensable counterpart to science -- just like the Yin and Yang we need to make a good balance.
This is my fundamental motivation for establishing the journal.
&&As an advocate for a deeper appreciation of this common humanity I have always celebrated understanding and respecting different traditions that move like rivers toward and from the source that holds their ongoing changes. My work with the arts also affirms the endless differences in individual expressions, manifestations of our unique creative DNA and biodiversity. I miss this deeper sensibility in our current Western studies of culture where more attention needs to be given to how the arts both individuate in the most radical ways while also uniting in communion with all people and living things.
