1、什么是ETA？

4、建筑工程的基本要求是什么？
基本工程要求（或简称“BWR”）在“建筑产品法规”附件I中有所描述。 “建筑产品法规”区分了七项基本要求：
n机械阻力和稳定性（BWR 1），
n发生火灾时的安全（BWR 2），
n卫生，健康和环境（BWR 3），
n使用中的安全性和可访问性（BWR 4），
n防噪声（BWR 5），
n能源经济和保温（BWR 6）和
n可持续利用自然资源（BWR 7）。
这些基本要求来自成员国的建筑规定。
