最近频繁出现的Apple ID被锁事件让众多果粉都胆战心惊，使用手机过程中突然弹出一个提示：“您的Apple ID已锁定”，接着附带要求你点击“解锁账户”或者“取消”。遇上这种情况，大多数用户都会选择单击“解锁账户”。但是一旦你选择“解锁账户”，你的账户就会马上被黑客锁定，之后你就要付出一笔解锁金额才能继续使用你的iPhone了。
那遇上这种情况我们应该怎么做呢？请注意，正确方式是单击“取消”，然后马上去修改邮箱和苹果ID密码。千万不要单击“解锁账户”！
一、打开浏览器，搜索苹果官网之后单击进入；
二、在进入的界面中找到“管理您的Apple ID”，随后进入，输入你的账户密码登录；
三、随后进入“密码和账户安全”界面，选择将安全重置信息发送到救援邮箱（当时注册Apple ID填的另一个邮箱地址）内；
四、登录你的救援邮箱，找到苹果官网发来的邮件，选择“重置问题和答案”将所有的安全信息都重新修改；
五、完善好所有的安全问题，单击“存储”将信息保存即可。
为什么手机会被锁定？
苹果官方给出的消息是：锁定手机的人在获得了你的注册邮箱之后，通过使用忘记密码，邮件重置密码的方式，改变苹果ID密码，这一过程你的Apple ID密码就会被改。随后对方可以通过打开“查找我的iPhone”，开启丢失模式，锁定你的手机向你勒索。
因此大家要注意妥善保管好自己的邮箱信息，最好使用不常见的、安全性较高的邮箱注册你的Apple ID。
