Advertisement - Continue Reading BelowA whole lot of buns out there will be missing their hot dogs thanks to a cheese-related mishap that forced Kraft to recall 96,000 pounds of Oscar Mayer wieners. According to the Associated Press, the wieners in question are labeled "Oscar Mayer Classic Wieners," but could actually contain the brand's "Classic Cheese Dogs" instead.The incorrect product labels do not properly warn customers about the inclusion of pasteurized cheese, a dairy product and allergen risk. The issue was reported by a consumer, which prompted Kraft to reach out to the USDA.So far there have been no serious allergic reactions as a result of the mislabeled products. The wieners have the number "Est. 537H" inside the USDA inspection mark on the packaging and the recall targets the following two categories:1. 16-ounce individual consumer packages of "Classic Wieners Made with Turkey & Chicken, Pork Added," with a "USE BY 16 Jun 2014" date and product code "."2.
