【别克关怀】汽车喇叭不响三大原因分析 洗车时勿淋湿
汽车喇叭是驾驶时使用频繁的装置，如果使用时经常出现单音、音质差，并且时好时坏，有时根本不响等故障，给车主带来很多不便。汽车喇叭不响或者发出异响该怎么办？汽车喇叭如何进行日常维护和自我检修喇叭出现上述故障时，应先区分是线路故障还是喇叭本身的故障。先来看看喇叭是如何工作的。当按下方向盘上或其他位置的喇叭按钮时，来自蓄电池的电流会通过回路流到喇叭继电器的电磁线圈上，电磁线圈吸引继电器的动触点开关闭合，电流就会流到喇叭处。电流使喇叭内部的电磁铁工作，从而使振动膜振动而发出声音。线路故障主要为线路虚接，如：喇叭插头端子松动、喇叭继电器触点烧蚀、方向盘处喇叭开关接触不良等。但在很多喇叭故障中，尤其冬季出现问题较多的是喇叭本身的故障。结合我们的使用环境等因素，喇叭本身的故障主要为以下几个原因：1.触点烧蚀：如果长时间按喇叭易造成喇叭触点烧蚀而产生阻抗，流过电磁线圈的电流减弱，电磁吸力下降无法吸引衔铁带动膜片正常振动，导致发音沙哑、甚至不响。但不断按喇叭时，若瞬间强电流通过阻抗依然能正常工作，所以会时好时坏。2.密封不严易受潮：虽然喇叭内部是密闭的，但如果密封不严洗车时进入雾气或内部空间空气中有水蒸气，水蒸气很容易导致触点受潮无法正常工作。3.电磁线圈端子接触不良：有些喇叭内部电磁线圈漆包线端子接头是铝金属铆钉压接连接的，非牢靠焊接连接，如果端头漆包线上的绝缘漆处理不净或铆钉压接不牢靠很容易产生虚接故障，导致喇叭工作不良。此种故障是喇叭质量原因，无法修复，只能更换新件。建议汽车喇叭使用中的注意事项：1.洗车时切记防止喇叭被淋湿，发现喇叭进水尽快用风枪吹干。2.尽量不要总是长时间按喇叭，这样容易造成喇叭触点过早烧蚀。3.喇叭出现故障尽量寻求专业维修技师帮助，不要盲目更换喇叭，容易造成不必要的浪费。

&&& 上海通用汽车公司引进美国技术合资生产别克系列凯越轿车原车安装的音响面板。音响整体设计合理，面板大气，安装位置突出，是车内一大靓点。
&&& 一、音响特点
&&& 1）双电源为机器供电。
&&& 2）单功放电路设置，控制四声道音频输出。
&&& 3）电子开关按键启动收音机工作电源。
&&& 4）电子开关电路控制收音机与CD单碟机功能转换。
&&& 5）集收音机与CD单碟机组合。
&&& 二、主机拆卸方法
&&& （1）自制钢板，宽度约20mm，厚度与能够插进桃木框缝隙为宜。
&&& （2）将变速杆面框用专用旋具沿边缝撬起，取下外框。
&&& （3）将起下的边框内两侧固定螺钉旋下来，取下大框。
&&& （4）取下烟灰缸，旋下里边两只固定螺钉，向外拉边框，取下音响主机外框，旋下固定音响4只螺钉，取下主机。
&&& （5）回位安装时，按拆卸顺序逆向回装即可。
&&& 三、音响典型故障检修
&&& 1．主机不工作
&&& 维修提示：检查主机电源。
&&& 步骤一初步检查：
&&& （1）检查车上熔丝盒内主管音响熔丝。若确定熔丝烧断，则更换熔丝。
&&& （2）检查机器上熔丝。若确认熔丝烧断，则更换熔丝。
&&& 步骤二拆卸音响主机：
&&& （1）细致观察音响主机在前面平台的安装结构，做好拆卸准备工作。
&&& （2）按照拆卸步骤开始拆卸主机，拆卸时应注意，不可以用螺钉旋具拆卸，因螺钉旋具刃口比较锋利，容易割破革制皮面，撬断塑料装饰框。
&&& （3）将拆卸下来的主机与外线插头拔下，打开车内电子点火钥匙开关，测量留在车上一端插头电压，并刻记在主机电源引脚位置上，用于外线机器测试。
&&& 步骤三直观检查主机电路：
&&& （1）检查主板电源电路。若发现电路上存在明显烧黑、烧裂、爆裂元器件，应及时更换。
&&& （2）检查电路板在线元器件。若发现有元器件引脚虚焊、脱焊，连接插件松动。应对虚焊加锡固定，并插紧连接插件。
&&& （3）检查印制铜箔线电路。若发现印制电路有腐蚀氧化断点，应对腐蚀断点进行清洗，并加锡焊牢，接好断路点。
&&& （4）若发现电源印制电路有烧断起翘现象，可将万用表选在10&O电阻档，测量烧断电路电阻。若电阻为0&O，说明烧断电路存在击穿短路元器件，沿烧断电路往下查，检查沿线贴片二极管、贴片晶体管、IC电路等。
&&& 步骤四检测电源电路贴片元器件：
&&& （1）在线测量电源电路贴片二极管，测量二极管正反向电阻。若发现二极管有击穿烧断者，则更换。
&&& （2）在线测量电源电路贴片晶体管，测量晶体管基极与集电极、发射极间正反向电阻。若发现晶体管有击穿烧断者，应更换损坏管。注意：不要随意从电路板上焊下贴片晶体管，因贴片晶体管引脚比较短，易折断。怀疑被测管异常，可在电路中查找相同型号管对照测量一下，必要时再将被检测管从电路中焊下加以确认。
&&& 步骤五检测微处理器外围电路：
&&& （1）检查贴片电容，对变值失效电容实施更换。
&&& （2）检查振荡电路，主要检测振荡晶体。
&&& （3）检查贴片二极管、贴片晶体管。
&&&&& 步骤六测盘电源启动电路电压：
&&& （1）测量电源12V电压，检查外线双电源同时进人内否。若异常，须接好外线电源。
&&& （2）测量前面板与主板电路连接插件CN10引脚电压，若插件第⑤引脚无3. 0V电源开关启动电压，可沿⑤引脚印制电路往主板电源方向查，检查沿线VT09、VT10两管，检查VT09偏置电阻R17。注：相同型号机器有的印字不清，沿线查可确定贴片晶体管位置。
&&& （3）测量前面板与主板电路连接插件CN10引脚电压。若插件第⑤引脚3. 0V电源开关启动电压正常，可沿⑤引脚印制电路微处理器方向查，确认微处理器启动引脚位置（位置号为24），测量24引脚3. 0V电压正常否。若电压正常，则故障在微处理器内部；若无电压，则故障在⑤引脚与24引脚电路，系沿线存在开路断点，须细查。
&&& 步骤七维修特别提示：
&&& （1）不要随意焊动电路板上元器件，以保持电路板整洁。
&&& （2）不要调整在线可调元器件，不做没有意义的事情。
&&& （3）描绘主要电路走向图，要求描绘电源电路图、电源启动电路图。所描绘下来的电路图，可供再次遇到相同型号机器维修时参考。同时做好维修记录，便于查阅。
&&& （4）收集改装车闲置下来的音响，以及无法修复报废的音响，可用于拆件或收藏。
&&& （S）必要时可与本部轿车销售商家取得联系，讲明机器故障现象，由商家提供维修信息。例如，机器电路设有产品相关启动程序，因用机不当这些程序遭到破坏，商家会告知，并帮助解决。对此，维修人员不得随意改动电路，避免人为造成机器严重损坏。[1]&&&&
