storage就是手机的rom即(手机自带内存)，在手机里或同步电脑后,资源管理的根目录就可以看到这个storage的文件夹了.
你安装的软件要求你放到这个storage文件夹里的,你装好后storage里面有其他子文件夹的,你说的目录就是这些子文件夹里的,你按照提示把文件从相应文件夹里复制粘贴到指定的文件夹操作就可以了.就是你下载的软件 解压缩后子文件夹当中的一个,你一个个打开查找就可以看到了.另外storage card是外置储存卡,例如SD卡或TF卡等

这种情况可以先试试 恢复出厂设置，如果不行的话可以到比较专业的地方刷机，但是刷机后就不保修了，所以建议你谨慎，最好是去售后服务看看，售后服务比较专业storage里的文件不能删除,也不能写入东西，删除会影响手机使用。现在网上很多人出现了如下问题：在电脑上，不小心把存储卡里的storage文件夹删除，删除的时候 一直进度条，我就点了取消，结果电脑就无法读取N5了。。然后 手机上面 存储卡 变空白了。。里面的东西都没了，。，。求解 怎么回事啊？？出现了这样的情况，手机初始化吧或重新刷个系统。
