飞利浦LED液晶电视22PDL4906H升级固件失败,开机出现PHILIPS字样就死机,求维修办法 飞利浦LED液晶电视22PDL4906H,官网上发现有升级固件,便下载用U盘进行升级,官网注释是仅支持FAT/DOS格式的闪存盘。 一时太意,用了FAT32格式的8G U盘进行升级,前面正常,屏幕显示Restart时,按遥控器确认重启,然后就悲剧了,屏幕一直显示“PHILIPS”LOGO死机。如下图:[attachment=4599626]遥控器和侧面按钮均失效:[attachment=4599627]背面接口:[attachment=4599641]打开后盖:[attachment=4599642][attachment=4599634][attachment=4599644]主板背面:[attachment=4599630][attachment=4599645]用的是LG的屏:[attachment=4599632][attachment=4599633]

把U盘里的东西全剖复制到 FAT盘里,试过了,没用 但一开机,是可以看到U盘灯会闪一阵子的,可能是有开机读U盘的动作?

终于修复了!网购了个编程器,准备写入固件。 详细观察了“SERV.U”接口,发现三个接线柱的接口左右两端均有3.3V的电压,中间接地,判断其应该是通讯用的。[attachment=4620351]

小结:其实是没必要买编程器的,只要将下载的固件“Autorun.upg”重命名为“upgrade.pkg”,插入电视机,再上电开机,等一段时间即可!之前也曾将文件扩展名改为.BIN和.pkg,也改过文件名,就是没有撞对! 这个重命名名称费了118元(编程器费用)和不少时间,中间学习了不少液晶电视维修知识,还是值的。&&

固件很重要,如果没固件就只能换主板。一台苏宁买的贴牌先锋故障跟这个差不多,估计也是固件出问题,售后什么都不问,直接换主板,收了三百多。
