车辆识别代码车架号不一致保险不予赔偿
市民胡先生三个月前购买了一辆中国一汽的轿车，20多天前由于一点刮擦事故到保险公司理赔，保险公司以车辆识别代码和车架号不一致，不予赔偿。为此，胡先生多次跟4S店协商未果。胡先生表示，由于担心车辆的质量问题，害怕是改装或者拼装车，他提出要求退车。对此，中国一汽湖南一汽汽车销售服务有限公司答复是厂家在打印车辆识别代码名牌时打印错了，并不答应胡先生的退车请求，只答应更换名牌。4S店表示，不答应退车要求，但是会更换名牌并且承担一部分保险无法办理理赔的费用。如果车主非要退车的话需要对车辆进行专业检测来证实汽车的质量存在问题，对此那就需要通过法律途径来解决了，因为改装拼装车属于违法行为。目前，双方已经基本达成一致，最终胡先生同意4S店更换名牌，并由对方承担一部分费用。
