按揭买的车今年八九月份下的贷款，按时还款了然后十月份买车险写的我自己的名字，担保公司那边打电话说要不然买他们的保险要不然把第一受益人写成担保公司，但是我觉得不应该写成担保公司就一直没有办，前些天把我车私自开走了，请问在我按时还款的情况下他们有权利把我的车开走吗？

你好，是不合理的，如果合同里没有涉及这一块，你可以不在他那边投保，可以收集相关的证据起诉解决。
一般银行借款合同会写车险的第一受益人为银行，可是现在不是银行让改受益人而是担保公司要求改受益人，与担保公司没有什么合同协议人家保险公司不给改
要看合同的约定的。
