&&&&日前，陕西省建设工程造价管理协会举行“工程造价咨询的发展方向与企业转型升级”为主题的讲座，由中国建设工程造价管理协会专家委员会常务副主任吴佐民同志主讲。
&&&&为合理确定工程造价，维护建设工程发承包双方的合法权益，根据《吉林省住房和城乡建设厅关于在全省禁止建筑工程施工现场搅拌砂浆及推广使用预拌砂浆的指导意见》(吉建办[2017]34号)，现就使用预拌砂浆工程计价的有关问题规定如下。
&&&&根据相关通知文件要求，浙江省建设工程造价管理总站于8月－10月期间组织开展了全省工程造价咨询企业执业成果质量的检查工作，现将检查情况通报如下。
&&&&《工程咨询行业管理办法》已经国家发展和改革委员会主任办公会讨论通过，现予以发布，自日起施行。
&&&&2017版定额与实施细则中部分内容有误，现予勘误，详见附件1-附件4（以电子版发布）。勘误后，定额中的工料机基价、材料费基价、施工机具使用费基价应作相应调整。
&&&&日前，《湖北省房屋修缮工程预算定额》（2017版）编制工作启动会在武汉市博奥建设工程造价咨询有限公司召开。省建设工程标准定额管理总站站长刘中强、武汉市博奥建设工程造价咨询有限公司董事长兼总经理顾莉莉出席会议并讲话。
&&&&为规范钢筋加工、使用行为，保障工程质量，根据质检总局、住房城乡建设部、工商总局《关于进一步加强建筑钢筋质量监管严惩“瘦身”钢筋等违法行为的通知》文件要求，近日，陕西省住建厅就加强建筑工程使用钢筋质量管理工作提出具体要求。
&&&&《国务院关于取消一批职业资格许可和认定事项的决定》(国发〔2016〕5号)文件要求，江苏省工程造价信息网造价员登录系统现已关闭，同时停止办理造价员变更、补办、验证、注销等相关事项。
