&p&文|蔡澜&/p&&p&人活到老了，就学会看人。看人是一种本事，是累积下来的经验，错不了的。古人说：人不可貌相。我却说：人绝对可以貌相，我是一个绝对以貌取人的人。相貌也不单是外表，是配合了眼神和谈吐，以及许多小动作而成。这一来，看人更加准确。&/p&&p&獐头鼠目的人，好不到哪里去，和你谈话时偷偷瞄你一眼，心里不知打什么坏主意，这些人要避开，愈远愈好。&/p&&p&大老板身边有一群人，嬉皮笑脸地拍马屁，这些人的知识不会高到哪里去。虽然说要保得住饭碗，也不必做到这种地步，能当得上老板的人，还不都是聪明人？他们心中有数，对这群来讨好自己的，虽不讨厌，但是心中不信任，是必然的事。&/p&&p&说教式地把一件不愉快的事重复又重复，是生活刻板的人，做人消极的人，这种人尽量少和他们交谈，要不然你的精力会被他们吸光。&/p&&p&年轻时不懂，遇到上述这些人就马上和他们对抗，给他们脸色看，誓不两立，结果是给他们害惨。现在学会对付，笑脸迎之，或当透明，望到他们背后的东西，但心中还是一百个看不起。&/p&&p&美丑不是一个很大的关键。&/p&&p&我遇到很多美女，和她们谈上一个小时，即刻知道她们的妈妈喜欢些什么、用什么化妆品、爱驾什么车。她们的一生，好像都浓缩在这短短的一小时内，再聊下去，也没有什么话题。当然，在某种情形之下，你不需要很多话题。&/p&&p&丑人多作怪是不可以原谅的。几乎所有的三八婆都是这一个典型。和她们为伍，自己总会变成一个，一字曰八，总之总之，碰不得也。&/p&&p&愁眉深锁的女人，说什么也讨不到她们的欢心，不管多美，也极为危险，这些人多数有自杀倾向，最怕是有这个念头时，拉你一块走。&/p&&p&这种女人送给我，我也不要。现实生活中也会遇到的，像林黛玉和乐蒂等人，都是遗传基因使她们不快乐。&/p&&p&大笑姑婆很好，她们少了一根筋，忧愁一下子忘记，很可爱的。不过多数是二奶命，二奶又有什么不好？她们大笑一番，愉快地接受了。&/p&&p&爱吃东西的人，多数不是什么坏人。他们拼命追求美食，没有时间去害人。大笑姑婆兼馋嘴，是完美的结合，这种女人多多益善。&/p&&p&样子普通，但有股灵气的女人，最值得爱。什么叫有灵气？看她们的眼睛就知道，你一说话，她们的口还没有张开之前，眼睛已动，眼睛告诉你她们赞不赞成。即使她们不同意你的看法，也不会和你争辩，因为，她们知道，世界上要有各种意见，才有趣。&/p&&p&我们以前选新人，六七十年代中一部片就是上千个，有谁能当上女主角，全靠她们的一双眼睛，有的长得很美，但双眼呆滞，没有焦点，这种女人怎么教，都教不会演一个小角色。&/p&&p&自命不凡，高姿态出现的女强人最令人讨厌――她当身边的人都是白痴，只有自己一个才是最精的。这种女人不管美丑，多数男人都不会去碰她们。从她们脸上可以看出荷尔蒙的失调。&/p&&p&“我还很年轻，要怎么样才学会看人？”小朋友常这么问我。&/p&&p&要学会看人，先学会看自己。&/p&&p&本人一定要保存一份天真。&/p&&p&像婴儿一样，瞪着眼睛看人，最直接了。&/p&&p&沉默最好，学习过程之中，牢牢记住就是，不要发表任何意见，否则即刻露出自己无知的马脚。&/p&&p&注视对方的眼睛，当他们避开你的视线时，毛病就看得出来了。&/p&&p&也不是绝对地不出声。将学到的和一位你信得过的长辈商讨，问他们自己的看法对与不对。长辈的说法你不一定赞同，可以追问，但不能反驳，否则人家嫌你烦，就不教你。&/p&&p&慢慢地，你就学会看人了，之中你一定会受到种种的创伤，当成交学费，不必自怨自艾。&/p&&p&两边腮骨突出来的，所谓的反腮，是危险的人，把你吃光了骨头也不吐出来。以前我不相信，后来看得多，综合起来，发现比例上坏的实在占多。&/p&&p&说话时只见口中下面的一排牙齿，这种人也多数不可靠。&/p&&p&一眼看上去像一个猪头，这种人不一定坏，但大有可能是愚蠢的、怕事的、不负责任的。&/p&&p&从不见笑容，眼睛像兀鹰一样的，阴险得很，德国的希特勒，就是例子。&/p&&p&什么时候学会看人，年纪大了自然懂得。当你毕业时，照照镜子，看到一只老狐狸。我就是一个例子。&/p&

更新线——&br&&br&关于是否回答不对题，我反思了一下，努力一下吧，尽管我看待奇葩说的视角，一直是“今天又可以看到马东说话了”。我天生也不喜欢看辩论，喜欢看人。&br&&br&马东说过一句“观众对于是否为真的那个部分是非常敏感的，不要低估观众”。&br&&br&我是这样的观众之一。&br&&br&我挺记得马东和蔡康永经常说“他们观点对调这些人也可以说出另外的话”这类的表达，他们在奇葩说要呈现的就是我们，是人这种生物。&br&&br&陈铭很吃亏，如果他不是出于辩论技巧而是真的那么想的话，蔡康永和马东在他发言期间的摇头，不认同，反问甚至是逼问，欺负的不是他的观点“该投诉”，而是他用于支撑观点的论调“大善论”，蔡康永前几季的出手时刻，都不是为了支持什么，而是“害怕误导”而不得不“反对一下”。蔡马二人可能担心造成一种观感——奇葩说认同这样的价值观和说话方式，不得不争锋相对吐露另一种观点。&br&&br&客观的讲，恬恬说的不好，但我不忍心说她啊，她这个人不适合跟亲近的认识的人同场辩论，争锋相对的，她在第一季就当场说“马薇薇我没办法做到和你一样”，忘了是哪一集，意思是讲，自己会分不清到底是在辩论还是什么，会当真会伤心，这一集她全程不得不出于辩论立场“扮演”一个“爱炸毛的顾客”，却克制不住的在对方辩论时不停点头，可爱耶，她的心软死了，她会骂郭德纲这种咖，但对外卖小哥一定是心软救世界的那种nice啊。&br&&br&以及，张泉灵的几次发言都有侠女感，是超级棒的，从辞职做投资开始就一直关注着她的每一次曝光，采访，一个不会老的聪明的好奇心宝宝。&br&&br&马剑越没辜负康永哥的看好。&br&&br&肖骁是个辩手，真的。&br&&br&姜思达还没回来，想他。&br&&br&&br&反正，作为被问题炸出来的马东迷妹，这一场是马东的。&br&&br&能说出“吃太多苦的人，一丝甜就能填满”的人，不意外他能说出“人情绪的尽头是沉默”，你看矮大紧走了康永好不落寞，可蔡康永为什么留下来，我不相信没有马东的人格魅力。&br&&br&&br&作为从挑战主持人开始就喜欢他的人，想好好介绍一下这个人。不想了解的人们看到这里就不用往下拖啦！！！来自16年2月自己写的一篇。&br&&br&马东|主动即自由&br&&br&十年一剑，文化就是生产力&br&&br&13年夏天黄秋生炮轰简体字，称华夏文化在大陆已死的时候，马东正在做《汉字英雄》，记者问他的看法，他面对镜头诡谲又巧妙，说黄很可爱但未免天真。&br&&br&他用两个成语来解释自己的看法：“一是刻舟求剑，文字发展是流动的，拿单纯的历史坐标来议论没有意义 ；二是杞人忧天，过往文字是由少数人倡导记述的，而今天的文字是大部分人传承并创造。这是两个不可比拟的社会状态，所以简单地 用简体字或者繁体字来形容华夏文化显然是杞人忧天。” &br&&br&他对答从容，底气来自于08年在《文化访谈录》里采访汉语拼音之父周有光时，他就对周老提了关于繁体简体之争的问题，周老的回答说了汉语工具论和文字变迁性，说不必过度紧张。显然，马东是真的记住了，五年之后对镜头加上自我理解准确的又一次对大众投递了那位百岁语言学家的话。 &br&&br&真实的轮回感不止于此。&br&&br&在第三季奇葩选角节目《奇葩来了》里，面对“辩论娱乐化是否是辩论之祸”的质疑，他再一次说了“刻舟求剑”这个词儿，“我们特别容易忘记自己是在一条河上面，却特别容易记得我们是在一条船上面”。 &br&&br&他是相声深粉，但父亲明令禁止他说相声，十几岁就送出国留学澳洲，计算机专业的理工男，却在国外迷上看当时的台湾综艺，看胡瓜《金曲龙虎榜》，他觉得自己的反应不比胡瓜差，和朋友说要回国当主持人。 &br&&br&1999年他主持了湖南台《有话好说》节目，后因一期同性恋的节目被紧急喊停，领导和他说:“你做早了”。后来去了央视，从《挑战主持人》到《文化视点》、《文化访谈录》，以及09年春晚语言类节目导演，他金句频出， 策划能力极强。“你可能委屈，也可能不服，但你被淘汰了”，“追问文化的起因，关注变化中的中国”…… &br&&br&“我从央视辞职和离职潮无关，因为我能做的已经都做完了，传播手段在变化，我想试试别的”，就这样辞职在家赋闲八个月之后，龚宇偶然和他接触，决定聘请他任爱奇艺的首席内容官。&br&&br&13年打造的《汉字英雄》顶着不被看好的帽子创下收视纪录， 我看着新闻呆呆的出神，想起他在郭德纲的节目里像一个开心自在的小孩子，眼里透光的问郭，“您会写犄角旮旯的旮吗， 饕餮会写吗……你知道吗我看了《中国好声音》，真好看，用剪电影的方式剪节目，我现在在做一档汉字类节目，就请了好声音剪辑的原班人马来做后期。” &br&&br&14-15年奇葩说获得更大的成功，当然，同性恋和好朋友约炮这两期节目还是被下架了，可节目活着，十几年了，这次终于没有“做早了”，而是“做对了”吧。&br&&br&君子不器，娱乐就是本质&br&&br&喜欢一个遥远的人也需要很多个我心怦然的瞬间。作为智性的忠实拥趸，在我眼里他的聪明是多维的吧。&br&&br&《汉字英雄》里两位选手PK含马字旁的字，写到后程其中一位姑娘被逼急了，没字可写之际写下马字旁右边一个东，马东说这个字好！是高级智慧生物的意思，念Wo，三声。 &br&&br&采访吴秀波，大叔在2011年还不是大红大火的大叔，但确实文艺味儿十足，回答问题都是哲学和写意，现场气氛静得出奇，马东一个劲逗贫，往泥地里引。“我必须演戏赚钱，当时孩子在肚子里七个月了，我却没钱”，马东（鬼马状）：“ 说明你儿子来的很突然”。观众大笑。 &br&&br&奇葩说里面对选手“我有处女情结，比如我当时结婚就要求我老婆是处女”的发言，一句“请问现在还是吗”的反问，四两千斤的轻巧。&br&&br&颜如晶一次站起来发言脱口说了句“马东”，意识到尴尬着急改称马东老师，马东用一句“你看你一下就暴露了咱俩的关系”流转气氛；他对胸大的选手说“请不要大喘气”；对范湉湉的率真有哀妇人之心：“湉湉你那么想拍电影，改天我们公司投个电影，你当主角”。&br&&br&纵观他多年的访谈节目，从娱乐明星到作家，从艺术家到科学家。能看到他在小孩子面前笨拙，在老人面前乖巧，在年轻人面前保持了“你猜我信不信你说的”的迷之微笑，和“我不尽认同但尊重”的保留与气度。 &br&&br&高晓松是不羁少年，对自己信仰的价值观是岿然如磐石的坚定和强势，他说人生要有诗和远方的时候，很难体会很多人从出身就注定需要在眼前的苟且挣扎吧。&br&&br&马东说同样的事情，用的是“读书人的尿性，为下一代生产内容”，有些反精英和反定义的和煦。 &br&&br&这个人血液里真是继承了父亲的谦逊，幽默感，和说话思维。奇葩说里，他用密集的荤素搭配的包袱大餐，成功的做到收视拦截，长久留住了大片观众。&br&&br&娱乐思维背后的价值主张，读书人扎进水泥地里的余裕，终归沉淀出宝贵的自由，而不是把文化精英化。&br&&br&指东打西，坚持做内容是对的&br&&br&《奇葩说》的幕后团队以九零后为主，是央视曾成功推出的《喜乐街》等王牌综艺的一群“不牛逼，毋宁死”的“内容原始人”。马东也坦承，自己的挖人出走行为让央视很不开心。而去年底，他再次离职爱奇艺，自己创立米未传媒。 &br&&br&业内很多采访者描述这个团队的办公环境：家庭式的开放结构，没有隔板办公室，公共区摆放沙发，冰箱里是零食和冰淇淋，员工可以养猫，团队间包括马东在内，等级概念淡薄，温馨轻松，和谷歌等公司的Home Office理念相近。 &br&&br&而米未的解释，是基于大数据调查显示的90后关键词——“我”和“我们”，所以用了“ME”“WE”。“米未要打造一个垂直的内容生态，并加大对自媒体的尝试，我相信未来会出现一个自媒体的矩阵平台”。 &br&&br&他认为网络传媒方式剧烈变化着，“头部内容”的话语权会更加多，说做内容是他创业的初衷。&br&&br&和创新工场见面两次，对方就决定支持米未传媒的创业，徐小平等投资界神话也争相注资。投资人说，“在马东还不清楚自己的估值的时候，我们就把馅饼砸到了他头上”，他面对看好和褒奖，笑得轻松，说何以克当。&br&&br&诗书边角料&br&&br&喜欢马东多年，明白幽默感和控场能力，离不开阅读量和语言天赋的加持。&br&&br&“伤情最是晚凉天，憔悴斯人不堪怜，邀酒摧肠三杯醉，寻香惊梦五更寒”，郭德纲在节目里说，这个定场诗的原作者其实是马东。&br&&br&同人对峙也文笔逍遥，09年春晚被指责时他回击网友；“不用看春晚，您都洋洋洒洒一篇长文，美学功力真是了得，隔山打牛，飞花摘叶，乾坤挪移，踏雪无痕，以这种透视古今的修为，劳驾您把明年春晚的节目也一并评论了算逑，省得来年费事，也好给明年导演指一条 有去无回的瞎道。” &br&&br&第一季奇葩说结束时他评价自己的节目，说“无非几句家常，说甚风月文章”。&br&&br&总觉得那句“被误解是表达者的宿命”（出自王朔《看上去很美》），经马东之口说出，成了奇葩说最好的文案。&br&&br&简单透过他说的话，和节目中无意的提及，不难列出他背后书单的“冰山一角”。&br&&br&——他爱武侠也爱科幻，说《时间简史》颠覆了他的世界观；王朔，王小波等当代作家他基本没落下；《红楼梦》是珍藏，国外书单随便一窥就让人想死，《娱乐至死》、《童年的消逝》、《咸水农场》、《自私的基因》、《丑闻笔记》、《风景与权力》……我如路痴，一本也没看过。 &br&&br&我不想写了，我去看书。&br&&br&他之于我。&br&&br&人离不开地面，而我看着自己少年时代喜欢的人在“文化”中浸润多年，开始主动地上岸，自如地到草地上打滚，沾上土的腥气，再让节目和镜头也溅上了泥浆。&br&&br&那个年少时的偶像，边说话边思维，不是战战兢兢而是心宽体胖的往前走。&br&&br&而在四面受力的人生阶段，我仿佛被他感染，学会内心宽裕的佛法，不求人知，也不解释，能大步勇敢的选择和赶路，也能偶尔躺在草地上，不穿鞋袜，喘息一下，让草根和肥土从趾丫间溢出来。&br&&br&（全文完，需要更多完整的他的阅读谱系小揣测——我零零散散通过采访等记录并整理的马东提过的书，可以通过xdqinggua公众号找我，会发给大家）

特征？&/b&&/p&&p&&b&1、最大的特征是：色块的使用，&/b&而且不要为色块添加乱七八糟的效果，像阴影，倒影，立体等。&/p&&p&1.1 在&b&纯色背景上&/b&直接插入色块，作用是为了&b&对内容进行相应分类，以凸显层次，&/b&这一点大家一定要记着，不是平白无故地随意使用色块。&/p&&p&下面这两张是微软官方的一份 PPT 案例：&/p&&figure&&img
