首先我要说的是，这里的营业执照过期不是有效期限过期，而是没有更换“五证合一”新执照的旧版执照过期。
国务院办公厅发布《关于加快推进“五证合一、一照一码”登记制度改革的通知》(国办发〔2016〕53号)文件的内容，在日到日之间，旧版的营业执照依然有效，但是，过渡期结束后，旧版营业执照作废，一律使用加载统一代码的营业执照（即“五证合一”执照），同时还要办理税务登记号变更。
没错！明年起，旧版营业执照作废！
这还了得？我要赶紧去换！唉？怎么换那？
一、更换营业执照流程
1、去工商部门申请换发新营业执照。
2、到税务部变更税务登记号，因为旧版执照的税务号是15位，新版“五证合一”是18位，一定要变哦
3、在国税局变更发行税控设备
4、去开户银行签署新的“税库银三方协议”，同时还要废除旧的“税库银三方协议”，记住这个时候新协议用的是18位的新税务号
5、更换税务数字证书
6、重刻发票专用章。因为税务登记号变了，所以发票专用章也要变。
7、其他相关事项变更
二、跟换旧版营业执照所需材料有哪些？
1、准备一份《授权委托书》（如果不找代理就不需要），以及旧版营业执照正副本
2、单位公章、法人章，纳税人身份证，U盘，发票领用簿，税控设备，新版营业执照正副本（变更税号用）
三、变更新营业执照的注意事项
1、不要随便找个时间点去更换执照，比如税务登记号变更，最好是月初申报完成后再去变更，这样不会影响到该月的纳税申报
2、变更发行税控设备时，可以先将全部发票开聚完，再做变更（未开完就作废），整个流程最好是，先纳税申报，开完发票，再变更税务号和税控设备，这样不会影响公司政策经营，变更税控设备之后，别忘了领取新发票哦
3、关于换“发票专用章”，税号变更后，相关事项也要变，比如"合同专用章”，换了新营业执照之后，也有需要变更的，比如网站备案等等
4、原”三证合一“营业执照不需变更，可以直接换新“五证合一”执照
四、逾期不更换有哪些后果？
逾期不更换，首先是营业执照作废，公司会变成无照经营，轻则罚款，重则吊销。
其次税务号也无法使用，不能再开发票，也没法再报销，也不能交税，不交税就会上税务局黑名单，这一系列的后果可以说很严重了。
最后再啰嗦几句，现在是10月中旬，离2018年只有2个半月时间，但是为了在更换新营业执照时不影响公司日常经营，还需要先处理当月的报税和发票相关事宜（更换时间最好是月初），所以，实际剩下的更换新营业执照的时间并不多，如果你是2016年前在深圳注册公司的（全国都一样），赶紧看下是不是旧版，如果是，赶紧去换了！
