物管公司搞丢我的东西 写了欠条但不认账了怎么办？
可以起诉物管公司
我有一个山地自行车，原价1500元，之前一直是停在自己家里，后来小区换了物管，新来的物管强行要求业主把自行车停在他们规定的区域，然后每月收费5元，我按他们规定每月缴纳，可是9月初我去清洗自行车时发现自行车遗失了，找到物管后他们最开始不愿意承担责任，让我报警，报警后民警把他们负责人叫过来说了一通，然后让他们承担责任，后来协商结果是赔偿我500元，但是要一个月后才给我，我不太相信他们就让他们的负责人写了个欠条，并且进行了录像证明是他们的人写的，写完纸条后他让我把车钥匙给他了。现在一个月已经到了，我今天打电话问他怎么处理，他又在说是我的责任，说我没有办法证明车上了锁之类的，现在我能凭借这张纸条去起诉他们吗？钱不多，只是想讨回一个公道。
可以起诉的，一点问题都没有。这么点数额直接申请支付令吧
