你用的是VS2012 吗？浏览——找到ZedGraph.dll并点击“打开”按钮，先提示不安全是否确定，点是，提示“没有可放置在工具箱上的组件”。我原来在VS2005里面是可以的，直接把ZedGraph.dll拖到工具箱，然后就有了
版本原因ZedGraph只支持.net 1.1和.net 2.0
