投了PLOS ONE ,回信见下Thank you for submitting your manuscript entitled &Posterior approach combined with debridement, autogenous bone grafting and instrumentation for thoracolumbar tuberculosis& to PLoS ONE.
Your manuscript files have been checked in house but before we can proceed, we need you to address the following issues:Thank you for including your ethics statement:
&this study has been approved by
institutional review board of southwest hospital,because this is a retrospectively study,we got the data
of patitients from medical record library
and we analysis anonymously of data,,so there were not informed consent&.
Please state whether and why your institutional review board waived the need for written informed consent from the participants, and/or what regulation(s) or legislation permits this research to be conducted without obtaining written informed consent from the participants. Please amend this in both the manuscript and on the submission data (via Edit Submission).
这怎么弄哈，一个回顾性研究，得到了伦理委员会的同意，但还要说明为什么不需要病人知情同意的说明或者上升到政策法律的角度来讲为什么没有知情同意书。当然病人在做手术的时候是签了知情同意书的。而没有专门为这个研究签知情同意书，回顾性研究嘛，病人都走了，找谁签。大家看下怎么和编辑说明这事，有英文的最好

话说，回顾性研究也需要 informed consent? 小弟也想投一下PLOS ONE，回顾性的研究，没有知情同意，请问该怎么办呀？
