要用OUTLOOK首先要知道邮件的收发原理：1、邮件协议需要2个，POP3和SMTP，其中POP3端口为110，SMTP为252、要知道帐户和服务器是什么（拿163的邮箱来说）：帐户就是你注册163时成功的那个帐户，比如服务器就是163的邮件服务器，如mail.163.com3、POP3服务器需要写为POP3.mail.163.com(以实际为准)SMTP服务器需要写为SMTP.mail.163.com(以实际为准)注意好这几个方面，你的OUTLOOK就应该没问题了

官方已经说的很清楚了，这个问题需要把C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Aptana\Aptana Studio下的configuration重命名或删除，都是这个文件夹里面的配置文件搞的鬼！
