药剂特性/敌敌畏
纯品为无色至琥珀色液体,微带芳。制剂为浅黄色至黄棕色油状液体,在水溶液中缓慢分解,遇碱分解加快,对热稳定,对铁有腐蚀性。对人畜中毒,对鱼类毒性较高,对蜜蜂剧毒。敌敌畏为广谱性杀虫、杀螨剂。具有触杀、胃毒和熏蒸作用。触杀作用比敌百虫效果好,对害虫击倒力强而快。中等毒杀虫剂。原药可燃,乳油易燃。原药雄大鼠经口LD50:80mg/kg;雌大鼠经口LD50:56mg/kg;雄大鼠经皮LD50:107mg/kg;雌大鼠经皮LD50:75mg/kg。雄大鼠无作用剂量为1000ppm。青鳃鱼TLm(24小时)1mg/L,大翻车鱼2小时LC50:1ppm。80%敌敌畏可经口服、皮肤吸收或呼吸道吸入。口服中毒者潜伏期短,发病快,病情严重,常见有昏迷,可在数十分钟内死亡。口服者消化道刺激症状。
化学特征/敌敌畏
结构式:DDVP无色油状液体,有挥发性,用来防治棉蚜等农业害虫,也用来杀死蚊,蝇等。纯品为无色至琥珀色液体,有芳香味。相对密度1.42。沸点74℃(133.32Pa)。折光率1.4523。在下水中溶解度为10g/L。在煤油中溶解2~3g/kg。能与大多数有机溶剂和气溶胶剂混溶,对热稳定,但能水解。在碱性溶液中水解更快。对铁和软钢有腐蚀性。对不锈钢、铝、镍没有腐蚀性。80%敌敌畏乳油为浅黄色到黄棕色透明液体。50%敌敌畏为淡黄色油状液体。闪点75℃(加柴油),粘度1.86cP。20%敌敌畏塑料块缓释剂,薄块重为29~33g/块。毒性:属中等毒类。急性毒性:LD5050~92mg/kg(小鼠经口);50~110mg/kg(大鼠经口)亚急性和慢性毒性:兔经口剂量在0.2mg(kg·天)以上时,经24周,引起慢性中毒,超过1mg(kg·天),动物肝云彩发生严重病变,ChE持续下降。致突变性:微生物致突变性:鼠伤寒沙门氏菌330μg/皿。DNA抑制:人类淋巴细胞100μL。精子形态学改变:小鼠腹腔35mg/kg,5天。生殖毒性:大鼠经口最低中毒剂量(TDL0):39200μg/kg(孕14~21天),致新生鼠生化和代谢改变。致癌性:大鼠经口最低中毒剂量(TDL0):4120mg/kg,2年(连续),致癌,肺肿瘤、胃肠肿瘤。小鼠经皮最低中毒剂量(TDL0):20600mg/kg,2年(连续),致癌,胃肠肿瘤。该品也容易通过皮肤渗透吸收,通过皮肤渗透吸收的LD50为75~107mg/kg。对人的无作用安全剂量为每日每公斤0.033mg。特殊毒性:基因突变,小鼠淋巴细胞阴性。代谢和降解:在环境中,敌敌畏的饱和水溶液在室温下,以每天约3%的速度水解,生成二甲基磷酸和二氯乙醛,在碱性条件下水解更快。残留与蓄积:敌敌畏在环境中相当易分解,在30℃时,18天敌敌畏水解50%。迁移转化:由于敌敌畏蒸气压较高,很易进入大气。敌敌畏迁移转化主要是通过大气和水为介质。危险特性:遇明火,高热可燃。受热分解,放出氧化磷和的毒性气体。燃烧(分解)产物:一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氯化氢、氧化磷。

防治对象/敌敌畏
敌敌畏对咀嚼口器和刺吸口器的害虫均有效。可用于蔬菜、果树和多种农田作物。1.防治菜青虫、甘蓝夜蛾、、、菜螟、斜纹夜蛾,用80%乳油倍液喷雾。2.防治二十八星瓢虫、烟青虫、粉虱、棉铃虫、小菜蛾、灯蛾、夜蛾,用80%乳油1000倍液喷雾。3.防治红蜘蛛、蚜虫用50%乳油倍液喷雾。4.防治小地老虎、黄守瓜、黄曲条跳虫甲,用80%乳油800-1000倍液喷雾或灌根.5.防治温室白粉虱,用80%乳油1000倍液喷雾,可防始成虫和若虫,每隔5-7天喷药1饮,连喷2-3次,即可控制为害。也可用敌敌畏烟剂熏蒸,方法是:于傍晚收工前将保护地密封熏烟,亩用22%敌敌畏烟剂0.5公斤。或在花盆内放锯末,洒80%敌敌畏乳油,放上几个烧红的煤球即可,亩用乳油O.3-0.4公斤。6.防治豆野螟,于豇豆盛花期(2-3个花相对集中时),在早晨8时前花瓣张开时喷洒80%敌敌畏乳油1000倍液,重点喷洒蕾、花、嫩荚及落地花,连喷2-3次。
中毒症状/敌敌畏
(一)主因敌敌畏属有机磷农药,广用于农作物杀虫,还有家庭灭蚊、蝇。多见吸入或误服或用来自杀而中毒。(二)主症头晕、头痛、恶心呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、流口水,瞳孔缩小、看东西模糊,大量出汗、困难。严重者,全身紧束感、胸部压缩感,肌肉跳动,动作不自主。发音不清,瞳孔缩小如针尖大或不等大,抽搐、口吐白沫、昏迷、大小便,脉搏和呼吸都减慢,最后均停止。应急处置皮肤接触:立即使患者脱离现场,脱去被污染衣服,全身污染部位用肥皂水或碱溶液彻底清洗。眼睛接触:用苏打水或生理盐水冲洗。食入:应立即口服1%~2%苏打水,或用0.2%~0.5%高锰酸钾溶液洗胃,并服用片剂解磷毒(PAM)或阿托品1~2片。呼吸系统防护:生产操作或农业使用时,建议佩戴自吸过滤式防毒面具(全面罩)。高浓度环境中必须佩戴自给式呼吸器。眼睛防护:呼吸系统防护中已作防护。身体防护:穿胶布防毒衣。手防护:戴橡胶手套。其他防护:工作现场禁止吸烟、进食和饮水。工作完毕,彻底清洗。工作服不准带至非作业场所。单独存放被毒物污染的衣服,洗后备用。注意个人清洁卫生。泄漏应急处理:迅速撤离泄漏污染区人员至安全区,并进行隔离,严格限制出入。切断火源。建议应急处理人员戴自给正压式呼吸器,穿防毒服。不要直接接触泄漏物。尽可能切断泄漏源。防止流入下水道、排洪沟等限制性空间。小量泄漏:用砂土或其他不燃材料吸附或吸收。也可以用大量水冲洗,洗水稀释后放入废水系统。大量泄漏:构筑围堤或挖坑收容。用泡沫复盖,降低蒸气灾害。用泵转移至槽车或专用收集器内,回收或运至废物处理场所处置。有害燃烧产物:一氧化碳、氯化氢、氧化磷。灭火方法:消防人员须佩戴防毒面具、穿全身消防服,在上风向灭火。灭火剂:抗溶性泡沫、干粉、砂土。应急医疗诊断要点:1.潜伏期短,口服后多在10~30 min内发病;喷洒中毒者,多在2~6 h内发病。2.具有胆碱能神经过度兴奋的一系列表现。3.少数患者于中毒后2~3周出现迟发性周围神经病。4.少数患者病程中出现中间期肌无力综合征。5.口服后消化道刺激症状明显,可致胃黏膜损伤,甚至引起胃出血或胃穿孔。6.敌敌畏乳油所致接触性皮炎较多见,往往是喷洒或为了灭虱等目的直接将敌敌畏洒在被褥、衣服上而污染皮肤,接触30 min至数小时发病,皮肤有瘙痒或烧灼感,皮肤潮红、肿胀、水疱,局部可伴有肌颤。7.血液胆碱酯酶活性降低,且复活较慢。处理原则:1.皮肤污染者尽快用肥皂水反复彻底清洗,特别要清洗头发、指甲。2.口服中毒者需迅速催吐、洗胃。因敌敌畏对胃黏膜有强烈刺激作用,洗胃时要小心、轻柔,防止消化道黏膜出血或胃穿孔。3.肟类复能剂治疗效果不理想,治疗以阿托品类药为主,并尽快达到阿托品化,口服中毒、生产性中毒患者用药量要大。4.为防止病情反复,阿托品停用不宜太早、太快,在治疗中密切观察病情,特别是意识状态、脉搏、呼吸、血压、瞳孔、出汗、肺部情况,注意心脏监护。抢救办法:其方法大多同有机磷农药中毒的急救,只介绍一些特殊的注意事项。1.服敌敌畏后应立即彻底洗胃,神志清楚者口服清水或2%小苏达水400-500ml,接着用筷子刺激咽喉部,使其呕吐,反复多次,直至洗出来的液体无敌敌畏味为止。2.呼吸困难者吸氧,大量出汗者喝淡盐水,肌肉抽搐可肌肉注射安定l0mg。及时清理口鼻分泌物,保持呼吸道通畅。3.阿托品,轻者0.5-lmg/次皮下注射,隔30分钟至2小时1次;中度者皮下注射1-2mg/次,隔15-60分钟1次;重度者即刻静脉注射2-5mg,以后每次1-2mg,隔15-30分钟1次,病情好转可逐渐减量和延长用药间隔时间。氯磷定与阿托品合用,药效有协同作用,可减少阿托品用量。预防措施:应注意到该品易蒸发和易经皮进入的特点,在生产上应力求密闭完善及通风良好。在农业使用时,要注意个人防护,特别是在粮仓中熏蒸使用时,要注意呼吸道的防护。据调查,在粮仓堆放150 g/m剂量的该品,于1 h后仓内空气中浓度即达0.5~23.2 mg/m,在此浓度下,工作人员进仓工作半小时后,即能引起ChE活性明显改变。如戴了夹层纱布口罩,中间有5%~10%碱性液湿润层,能起一定的防护作用。如用喷雾法时,还要注意皮肤保护。用敌敌畏防治害虫时,应注意使用量要适当,不可过量;住房密闭灭虫后,必须充分通风后人才可进入;还要重视对该品的保管,特别要注意勿使小孩接触。该品用于室内持续性灭蚊蝇时,应改进使用方法并控制使用量,使空气中该品维持在安全浓度内。应急处理迅速撤离泄漏污染区人员至安全区,严格限制出入。切断火源。穿防毒且。切断泄漏源。小量泄漏用砂土或其它不燃材料吸附或吸收。也可大量水冲洗,洗水稀释后放入废水系统。大量泄漏:构筑围堤或挖坑收容。用泡沫复盖降低蒸气灾害。用泵转移至槽车或专用收集器内,回收或运至废物处理场所处置。
工艺流程/敌敌畏
脱氯化氢法敌百虫在碱性条件下脱氯化氢生成敌敌畏。操作时控制敌百虫水悬浮液含量为25%(也可用精制敌百虫母液,加适时的敌百虫固体),敌百虫与碱的配比为1:(1.35~1.4),采用水和甲苯(二甲苯、苯)两个溶剂,反应温度50~60℃,反应时间20~25min,终点pH值7~8。这一反应使α-羟基膦酸酯重排成磷酸酯。反应结束静置分层,油层经薄膜蒸发回收溶剂,并得敌敌畏原油。直接合成法亚磷酸三甲酯的制备 见杀虫畏的制备方法。敌敌畏的制备 此法利用亚磷酸三甲酯与三氯乙醛反应,脱去一分子氯甲烷而合成,称perkow反应。操作时将亚磷酸三甲酯(或三氯乙醛)在常温下滴加到三氯乙醛(或亚磷酸三甲酯)中,所放出热量需冷却,控制滴加温度60℃,滴毕,于70℃保温90min,亚磷酸三甲酯与三氯乙醛的配比为1:1,收率94.53%。

性能速效广谱性磷酸酯类杀虫杀螨剂。对高等动物毒性中等,挥发性强,易于通过呼吸道或皮肤进入高等动物体内。对鱼类和蜜蜂有毒。对害虫和叶螨类具有强烈的熏蒸作用以及胃毒、触杀作用。具有高效、速效、持效期短、无等特点。应用可用乳油配成高浓度药液喷洒在仓库害虫、害螨、密闭3~4天后再通风散气,气温较高时药效更好。药液喷洒在棉仓墙面上熏蒸,可防治水稻褐飞虱、棉红铃虫。毒土或毒糠田间撒施熏蒸,可防治粘虫。药液喷洒,可防治稻纵卷叶虫等隐蔽性害虫。敌敌畏施用后能迅速分解,持效期短,无残留,可在作物收获前很短的时期内施用,以防治刺吸式口器和咀嚼式口器害虫,故适用于苹果、梨、等果树及蔬菜、蘑菇、茶树、桑树、烟草上,一般收获前禁用期为7天左右。对高梁、玉米易发生药害,瓜类、豆类也较敏感,使用时应注意。药品应用1.灭蛆:将原液(50%乳剂)1份加水500份,喷洒粪坑或污水面,每平方米用原液0.25~0.5ml。2.灭虱:将上述稀释液喷衣被,闷置2~3小时。3.灭蚊蝇:原液2ml,加水200ml,泼于地面,关闭窗户1小时,或以布条浸原液挂在室内,每间房屋约用3~5ml,可保效3~7日。4.灭臭虫:原液1份,加水200份,用以刷涂缝隙。
