主要是退档难挂，3档换2档2档换1挡阻力特别大，4W换的变速箱油，现在4W1了还是不好挂！油是加满的，加的溢出来才盖上的盖子!有懂的车友吗？

一、为什么要换汽车自动波箱油？自动变速箱相对比较贵，普通车型少则一万多，高端车型多则十多万，因此汽车自动波箱日常保养非常重要，一定要定期更换自动变速箱油。自动变速箱经过长时间的使用，若不能及时更换自动变速箱油，容易造成自动变速箱没颗粒增大、产生碎屑、变质和降低黏度、加大摩擦片间的磨损。时间越长油质越差，里边混的杂质也越来越多。并且波箱油也是一有定的质保期的，一般是3-5年为期限。二、不换波箱油有什么的后果？维修经验总结，一般汽车在一般在10万公里以上，开得好20万公里以上出现入档冲击、挂档不走、顿挫、冲击等自动变速箱故障的频率会比较高。汽车日常保养做好可以延长自动变速箱寿命。大部分车主并不清楚如何合理保养、维修自动变速器。往往直到需要维修时，才发现原来它的维修成本比修理发动机还要高。趁着离春节自驾远行还有一段时间，建议大家及早对爱车自动变速器的维护误区形成正确认识，以减少花费在这方面的维修成本。三、汽车自动波箱油多久换一次？1.汽车每行驶15000公里，应对自动变速箱做一次检查维护。检查有无渗漏，油面的高低，油质的好坏等。发现渗漏必须及时维修，如果油面低时必须补加同型号的变速箱油，注意不能加多，加多了对变速箱同样有很大伤害。2.自动变速箱油按车的出产厂家规定更换周期是2年或行驶4-6万公里更换一次。即就是车辆用了2年，但只行驶了2万多公里；或车辆只用了不到1年，而行驶的公里数达到了4万公里，这两种情况都应该更换自动变速箱油。3.变速箱已有过大修拆封，此时变速箱需要进行强行的保养，首保3000公里，而后每1年或2万公里进行更换一次波箱油。四、手工换油和智能动态换油的区别？有车主虽然意识到在适当的时候更换自动变速箱油，但他们以为，将这项工作全部交给汽车维修店即可。事实上，如果选择了不同的换油方法，将带来完全不同的效果。目前，很多保养店仍然采用传统的手动换油法为车主换自动变速箱油。这种手动换油法，是打开自动变速箱的放油螺丝，让里面的油液自然排出。虽然操作方便，耗时少，但换油不彻底，只能放掉四分之一至三分之一的旧油液。目前相当一部分服务店都沿用这种换油方式，由于添加油液后，新旧油液混合，自动变速箱里面的油液仍处于不纯净的状态，新的自动变速箱油加入以后，立即被系统内的旧自动变速箱没污染，失效的自动变速箱没未被完全排出，沉积物会仍然严重影响系统的工作性能。&&&PDK变速箱养护项目针对汽修厂家提供从产品供应、营销培训、换油系统、数据查询、形象支持、线下引流、技术售后服务等整套变速箱养护解决方案；而针对车主提出了什么时候换油、用什么方式换、不换油有那些后果、变速箱养护需要注意的要点等养护的理念。PDK变速箱养护创始人刘文波先生把这种新的养护一体解决方案定义：自动变速箱养护4.0。

通常比较贵，或者感觉变速箱打滑，一定要找机械换油的地方、水温偏高、换挡迟缓等现象，一定做一次保养并更换自动档油好象是4-5万公里一换，你可以看看说明书,还可以上网团购，但要去一些好点的维修点换。比如说新干线，一般的重力换油，只不过能换出旧油的40％。不一定去4S店换。千万要记住。但如果油变黑了，他们是那种机械换油的，好像他们都是用12升的，循环清洗然后再加进去的。价格方便挺优惠的

今天到俺们菏泽老家保养汽车，正好15000公里到了。挂档不顺换了变速箱油说事是最好的。换了汽油滤芯发现汽油滤芯里面很多黑色的杂质，也换了，反正不贵。关键俺们菏泽店服务绝对可以，之后在外地再远也要回菏泽老家保养（电力丰源）。
