一、(http://www.chemdrug.com/invest/)概述：
转子泵是容积式泵的一种形式。是由旋转的转子与静止的泵体组成，它没有吸入、排出阀，通过转子与泵体间的相对运动来改变工作容积，并借旋转转子的挤压作用排出液体，同时在另一侧留出空间，形成低压，使液体连续地吸入。转子泵按其结构和原理，可分为齿轮泵、螺杆泵、旋转活塞泵（凸轮泵、罗茨泵）、挠性叶轮泵、滑片泵、软管泵等。转子泵是一种旋转的容积式泵，具有正排量性质，其流量不随背压变化而变化。
二、产品特点：
1、没有吸入阀和排出阀，它们的主要工作部件是泵壳和转子（如齿轮、螺杆、凸轮等）。
2、与往复泵相比，转子作回转运动，没有冲击，转速较高，结构紧凑，体积较小。
3、排出压力一般较高，但比往复泵要低，流量比往复泵还要小，效率较低，一般只适用于输送小量的液体，并大多作为辅助(http://www.chemdrug.com/sell/22/)来使用。
4、大多数转子泵是依靠本身输送的液体润滑的，故一般适用于输送具有润滑性和不含固体颗粒的液体。
5、转子泵也是间歇排送液体的，所以流量的波动比离心泵大，比往复泵小，但可看成近似均匀。
6、当转子表面上有液膜存在（输送润滑性液体）时，泵将具有自吸能力。
三、选用要求：
1)被输送液体的流量，所选泵对粘度的适用范围。
2)对有计量要求的场合，所选泵在粘度和其他工艺条件变化时性能稳定性好。
3)系统的背压，所选泵的压力适用范围。
4)吸入性能，高粘度时的抽吸性能。
5)耐高温、耐腐蚀性能等。
6)结构简单，便于拆装、清洗和维修等。
四、维修与保养：
(1)检查转子 泵及管路及结合处有无松动现象。用手转动转子 泵，试看转子泵是否灵活。
(2)向轴承体内加入轴承润滑机油，观察油位应在油标的中心线处，润滑油应及时更换或补充。
(3)拧下转子泵泵体的引水螺塞，灌注引水（或引浆）。
(4)关好出水管路的闸阀和出口压力表及进口真空表。
(5)点动电机，试看电机转向是否正确。
(6)开动电机，当转子泵正常运转后，打开出口压力表和进口真空泵，视其显示出适当压力后逐渐打开闸阀，同时检查电机负荷情况。
(7)尽量控制转子泵的流量和扬程在标牌上注明的范围内，以保证转子泵在最高效率点运转，才能获得最大的节能效果。
(8)转子泵在运行过程中，轴承温度不能超过环境温度35℃，最高温度不得超过80℃。
(9)如发现转子泵有异常声音应立即停车检查原因。
(10)转子泵要停止使用时，先关闭闸阀、压力表，然后停止电机。
(11)转子泵在工作第一个月内，经100小时更换润滑油，以后每个500小时，换油一次。
(12)经常调整填料压盖，保证填料室内的滴漏情况正常（以成滴漏出为宜）。
(13)定期检查轴套的磨损情况，磨损较大后应及时更换。
(14)转子泵在寒冬季节使用时，停车后，需将泵体下部放水螺塞拧开将介质放净。防止冻裂。
(15)转子泵长期停用，需将泵全部拆开，擦干水分，将转动部位及结合处涂以油脂装好，妥善保管。
五、注意事项：
一、启动前的注意事项：
检查齿轮箱内的油量是否正常，观察透明油标，油存量以油标视窗一半为宜，润滑油应定期更换，一般情况下，运转4000小时后要全部更换。
启动前打开管道所有进、出口阀门，当介质流入腔体内，用手转动泵后无异常，即可先点动，确认泵转向和介质流动后，才开始正式运行，严禁空泵运转。当泵达到正常转速后，
观察泵的压力指标。
当泵安装位置有吸程要求时，应在泵的进口管道和泵腔内注满物料。
当工艺流程要求对介质加热或冷却时，开泵前应先开通加热或冷却装置，加热能源一半先提前10分钟开通，然后开泵。
装有冷却水(http://www.chemdrug.com/sell/22/)密封泵，在开机前必须先开启冷却水，并确保开机后无断流现象，否则机械密封即刻损坏。
1、 泵在运行过程中，应注意电机功率及泵运转情况，有异常应停泵查找原因。
2、 机械密封应无泄漏、发热现象。
3、 用填料密封件的泵，允许每分钟1~3滴，如泄漏量增大略微紧压料环即可，无需拆装。
4、 采用机械无级变速器时，在开机后根据数字显示的转速逐步调速，严禁停机时转动调速盘，否则会损坏无极减速器。
5、采用变频器调速的可使用手动调频和自动控制两种方法。
6、经常检查泵和电机的发热情况，当泵处于水冷却状态时，轴承温升为40℃。当泵处于热水保温状态时，轴承座温度允许高于泵体温度30℃。
7、不能用进口管路的阀门调节流量，避免产生气蚀而造成泵的振动。
8、泵在运行时，严禁将进、出口阀门全部关闭。
1、停泵关闭进出口阀，易凝结物料排放清理。
2、泵在较长时间停用后，启用前应先用手转动联轴器，手感有阻力，但能随意转动且轻重均匀。并注意辨别泵内有无磨擦声和异物。
3、在泵与减速电机重新就位安装时，应检查泵轴与电机轴的同轴度，测量联轴器的外圆上下左右片位不得超过0.1mm，否则会引起泵的振动，影响主轴寿命。
