转子泵的工作原理 转子泵简介： 转子泵又称胶体泵、凸轮泵、三叶泵、万用输送泵等，转子泵属于容积泵。它是借助于工作腔里的多个固定容积输送单位的周期性转化来达到输送流体的目的的。原动机的机械能通过泵直接转化为输送流体的压力能，泵的流量只取决于工作腔容积变化值以及其在单位时间内的变化频率，而（理论上）与排出压力无关；转子泵在工作过程中实际上是通过一对同步旋转的转子来达到输送物料的目的的。具体工作原理可以见工作原理图。 转子泵结构：　 采用联轴整体组装，使体积变小（长度可以减短100-250mm），减少占地面积，结构紧凑，外包不锈钢，镜面抛光，外形美观，档次高，避免原来涂膏刷漆的脱落。性能优化：采用联轴整体组装，减少弹性联轴器功率消耗，噪音及磨损更换而提高工作效率，得到了最高的效率，最小的内部滑动和更长的使用寿命。 转子泵的工作原理： 转子泵依靠两同步反向转动的转子(齿数为2—4)在旋转过程中于进口处产生吸力(真空度)，从而吸入所要输送的物料。两转子将转子室分隔成几个小空间，并按a→b→c→d的次序运转。运转至位置a时，只有I室中充满介质；到位置b时，B室中封闭了部分介质；到位置C时，A室中也封闭了介质；到位置d时，A室B室与Ⅱ室相通，介质即被输送至出料口。如此循环往复，介质(物料)即被源源不断输送出去。 转子泵的应用范围:
