按照气温+10℃穿衣：&/b&&br&&p&气温+10℃穿衣法是基本原则。众所周知，跑步的时候，人体的发热量非常大。如果跑长距离，还可以按照气温+15℃来穿。趁着相对暖和的初冬，可以试穿跑步装备进行日常活动，这样就能对日后跑步时的装备搭配大概有些把握。冷热问题因人而异，与个体的肌肉量和循环系统都有关系。&br&&/p&&br&&b&2. 三层穿衣法（重点）：&/b&&br&&p&户外的“三层着装法”就是一种经典的系统着装法则。这里说的三层并不是指三件衣服，而是三部分功能概念：&/p&&p&1）透气层，将汗，热气从皮肤传导开，保持肌肤干爽；&/p&&p&2）保温层，将温暖的空气停留在身体附近，保证整个衣着系统的温度不迅速流失；&/p&&p&3）防护层，将身体与外界有效隔离，抵御风，雨，雪，同时排除多余湿气。&/p&&br&&p&当然也可以在一件装备上拥有两个功能层或者用两件装备来完善一个功能层的需要，一切都因人而异，重要的是根据自己的需求按照科学的原则选择冬季装备。&/p&&br&&figure&&img 头部：&/b&&br&&p&头部的保暖在冬季显的尤为重要，在路跑过程中的大量出汗会导致头部失温加快，如果不能保证头部的干爽很容易造成感冒，因此路跑中推荐使用多功能的头巾或者速干或者抓绒的帽子对头部进行保暖。&/p&&br&&p&一方面可以保证头部的汗液能够被快速的吸收排干保持头部的干爽，另一方面能够对头部进行保暖，避免失温情况的出现。&/p&&br&&p&&b&*对于帽子的选择：&/b&&/p&&p&温度在-5℃以上的时候，速干的运动帽就可以了；&/p&&p&低于-5℃时要保护耳朵，能把耳朵罩住的耳包或者多功能运动头巾是首选；&/p&&p&-10℃往下要保护整个头部，此时就该考虑抓绒帽或者瓜皮帽；&/p&&p&到-30℃需要考虑保护脸部，要选择滑雪帽（即大家经常看到的所谓打劫帽），&/p&&p&当然个人的抗寒能力不同，个体上的差异很大，如果感觉到偏头痛或者耳朵、鼻子的刺痛，请酌情添加适合自己的配件。&/p&&br&&figure&&img 上身：&/b&&br&&p&内层，也就是最为贴身的一层，往往会有着最高的保温性要求，因为它直接接触着我们的皮肤，而皮肤触感到的温度会最直接地影响到我们的体感。&/p&&br&&p&因此内层的选择要求保温为先，通常需要较为柔软以及触感舒适的面料，最好内层具有保温的绒质层在室外的低温中防止热度的流失；但仅仅保温是远远不够的，由于户外与体表的巨大温差，堆积一些关键部位，例如腋下，下背部的热气和汗湿不能有效地被引导出内层的话就会反过来成为迅速失温的致命杀手，&strong&透气与排汗性同样不可被忽视。&/strong&（这就是三层穿衣法中的透气层和保温层）&/p&&br&&p&外层，由于内层装备已经具备了足够的保温性能，&strong&外层装备对于我们来说更多地是保护由内层服装构建起来的温度平衡&/strong&&b&（防护层）&/b&。相比低温，大风对于人们体温的影响更大，而一旦我们千辛万苦搭建起来的运动体温平衡被破坏，则会对整个人的身体状态和机能造成一连串的连锁反应，因而出色的防风性能是冬天里选择外层跑步服装的首要因素。&/p&&br&&p&上身装备就按照三层穿衣法的概念来选择，贴身可穿轻质的长袖或短袖压缩衣来保证透气和保温的功效，在压缩衣之外可选择轻质含绒背心作为保温层，防护层一件优质的皮肤风衣或者轻便的软壳就足够。&/p&&br&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic4.zhimg.com/50/v2-69d464dc2f875a441d28_r.jpg&&&/figure&&br&&p&&b&*特别说一下姑娘的冬季穿着一个误区：&/b&&/p&&p&一到冬天，姑娘们往往会选择更厚材料的运动Bra来驱赶寒冷，但对于一些激烈的运动来说，胸部的位置往往也是升温较快的地方。&/p&&br&&p&而由于还有较多外层衣物的包裹，因此对于较厚的Bra来说，相对较低的排汗透气性反而会让它成为一个导致失温的环节。反而到是那些透气排汗性更好，同时还轻便稳固的运动Bra反而会在冬天里更适合女性们在运动时佩戴。&/p&&br&&p&&b&3. 下身：&/b&&/p&&p&虽然跑步过程中我们的双腿一直处于运动之中，但是腿部却是冬季跑步过程中最容易受凉的部位，有时候即使是10公里下来双腿尤其是膝盖都还是冰凉的，除了前期的热身要到位之外，腿部的装备也应该有万全的装备。&/p&&br&&p&即使是考虑到路跑的舒适性也不建议在冬季仍然穿短裤。腿部的装备可以考虑上身的搭配方式，贴身选择适合的压缩长裤，兼具了保温和压缩功能，如果在膝盖和裆部这样的敏感部位有着单独的处理设计那就更好。&/p&&br&&p&如果气温过低的话可以选择抓绒的压缩长裤再搭配运动长裤，但最最重要的是千万不要选择棉质或者含绒的内裤，路跑中的摩擦和出汗会让你无比难受。&/p&&br&&figure&&img 脚部：&/b&&p&冬季的低气温是对跑鞋的一次大考，原先透气散热的跑鞋已经不能适应冬季的室外环境，这时候不让双脚感受到寒风凛冽才是跑鞋的重任，所以应尽量选择鞋面带有保暖设计跑鞋，这种可以保证双脚始终处于一个舒适的温度之中。&/p&&br&&p&还需要考虑到跑鞋大底的防滑性能，冬天雨雪天气造成的湿滑路面危险性极大，一块防滑耐磨的大底至关重要。另外还有几点需要注意：&/p&&br&&p&1）宽鞋子或者长鞋子，因为你的脚会在冬天略微胀一点，这一点可能会让你磨出水泡。适当的宽一点可以让你远离水泡的困扰。而选择长半码则是因为国内的跑鞋市场规模还是太小，很多跑鞋缺乏宽度选择，只能长度上来补，是无奈之选。&/p&&br&&p&2）放松鞋带，通常情况下，鞋带把两侧的鞋帮控制到平行就可以了，冬天还可以略松一点，调整到一个你感觉舒适的位置，或者是换一种鞋带系法。&/p&&br&&p&3）让旧鞋子休息，如果你的跑鞋已经陪你超过600公里，它需要休息，因为一些微小的形变可能会给你的脚带来一些损伤。来年春天再让它发挥预热吧。&/p&&br&&p&说完鞋子，再来说说袜子，双脚的保暖不一定要靠厚袜子，在路跑过程中，脚部的发热量其实是相当大的。脚上积累的湿气是导致水泡的主要原因，也是大家觉得冻脚的主要原因，&strong&因此不要穿棉袜！&/strong&羊毛、涤纶、锦纶、尼龙等多种纤维的共同作用要远好于纯棉，一方面减少双脚的摩擦，另外这类袜子的排汗性和保暖性要好很多，可以保持双脚的干爽。&/p&&br&&b&5. 配件：&/b&&br&&p&1）手套&/p&&p&手套是冬季必不可少的跑步配件，选择时注意保暖的同时不要失去灵活性，那些笨重的户外手套反而会成为你跑步时的累赘。&br&&/p&&br&&p&手腕处的贴合度会影响你手臂血液的流动，最好是选择可以调节手腕松紧的设计，这样跑步结束后手背不会有发麻的感觉；由于现在的手机大多是触摸屏，为了方便操控的话可以选择在指间部位带有导体设计的款式。如果你是爱夜跑的人也可以选择带有反光功能的手套，一举两得。&br&&/p&&br&&p&2）眼镜&/p&&p&如果想跑在雨雪天气下，还要预备一个跑步眼镜，这样可以避免雨天的雨水刺激和雪天的雪盲，我之前有跑完脸颊疼的经历，有眼镜以后明显改善。雨天用黄片，看得清；雪天用黑片，防雪盲。&/p&&br&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/50/v2-0f5f5d95a53bea8d2c39fd0498104ccf_r.jpg&&&/figure&&br&&p&上身贴身穿着的衣物一定吸汗快干，速干长袖或者压缩衣就是不错的选择。各个品牌都有自己的速干面料，多试试，身体自己会知道哪个效果好、排汗保暖效果怎么样。&/p&&br&&p&袖子够长、能套拇指最好，能提供部分手部保暖还阻挡冷空气从袖口进去；衣身别太短，防止跑动起来上衣往上蹿、从腰往里灌冷风，能保持跑动过程中一直比较贴合身体最好不过了。&/p&&br&&p&不太冷时单层速干长袖即可；低于零度或者有风时，选择内层有保暖层设计的稍厚一些的。&/p&&br&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/50/v2-8b1dab703d8ce22da8c99_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&&b&几个“口”要堵严：&/b&&/p&&br&&p&&b&1）领口儿&/b&&/p&&p&里外两件如果有一件带帽子并且能收紧最好，如果都没有、一条buff头巾围住脖子解决一切问题！Buff还有一个作用：温度比较低的时候刚出门跑、先把Buff往上拽拽稍微遮挡住口鼻，让它们有个逐渐适应室外温度的过程，不至于猛一冲出去身体还没热鼻子已经冻僵，或者敏感的喷嚏鼻涕齐下。&/p&&br&&p&&b&2）袖口儿&/b&&/p&&p&里外两件如果有一件的袖口是套拇指跑步设计最好，不太冷的时候不戴手套这个就能保证袖口不进风、还提供了部分手部保暖。没有的话、确保贴身长袖的袖口稍长些、围度贴合手腕，再戴上手表、这只胳膊的袖口就绝对不会进风啦！&/p&&br&&p&&b&给女生的小tips：&/b&小巧的发绳用不约束手腕的松紧度系住贴身长袖的袖口，一来防止进风、二来备着还能束头发用。&/p&&br&&p&&b&3）上装下装交接处&/b&&/p&&p&跑着跑着上衣也许会往上窜，然后小风就呼呼往里面猛灌！果断选择面料好贴合身体的上衣、并且稍微长一些的，或者把下摆塞进裤子里。&/p&&br&&p&&b&4）脚踝&/b&&/p&&p&冬天跑步我会选择腰儿稍微高些的跑步袜，确保跑动起来裤腿和袜子之间不会暴露太多，冷一些可以穿压缩腿袜，这样整个小腿脚踝都不会冷了。&/p&&br&&p&不管是不是直接跑回家、尽量提前准备好更换的干爽衣物，大冷天儿绝不能让身体的热量自然风干、那样儿的话就是妥妥感冒的节奏！适当拉伸后、擦干身上汗水，及时更换干爽保暖的贴身衣物，如果在室外、加条保暖外裤穿上棉衣/羽绒类服装。&br&&br&就是这样了，跑吧~冬天也是个很适合跑步的季节！&/p&&br&&figure&&img
